Great location great room. A few quirky things which I have put in the cons.

Being in a room where smoking has been allowed. You cannot get it out of the carpet. I had to have the air running so I could keep the smell down. Then when I came home late one night an intoxicated couple was having a fight out the front which then went inside. In the morning I noticed the main front door had been left open. A little concerning as a solo traveler. Final quirk was the sink to brush my teeth I had to spit into the toilet as the shelf above the sink didn't allow for using the tap.

The accommodation is extremely well located for convenience in Randwick, a very short walk to the light rail network, approx. 25 mins. journey to Sydney Town Hall while Central Station is even closer. I was in Randwick for a weeklong cinema event at the Ritz cinemas about four minutes' walk away. There are many restaurants offering a variety of food in the immediate area. Buses appeared to be frequent day and night and Coogee beach is easily accessible as well. The rooms were clean. I stayed in an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom/walk-in closet. The bedroom had a window with a roller blind and light curtains. The larger room was a living space with cooking facilities directly behind the main office, just inside the main front door. The larger space did not have a full-size window so that daylight shone through a couple of rows of small glass cubes in one wall just below the ceiling. I needed a table to spread out some work with a MacBook and this room was very suitable for that. The office was staffed by friendly and helpful people by day, perhaps till 8 pm. After hours there is a 24/7 mobile contact number which answered promptly when I needed to call them on a couple of occasions when wifi stopped on just one evening for a while. The apartment could have accommodated two people sleeping in each of the two rooms. Up to four people in fact. On a lower level in the building there is a communal kitchen which I didn't need to use. The small fridge in my apartment accommodated the bottles of milk, water and containers of fruit that I ate during the day. I didn't use the cooking facilities which appeared to be modern with a variety of utensils.

There is very little that could have been improved. The window in the main bedroom allowed early morning light to enter as roller blinds usually don't cover the entire width of the window glass. This was not a major problem. I would have preferred a full size window in the living room space but as I wasn't in the room much in the daytime, this was also not a major issue. Having space to spread out my papers and computer on a table was one of the reasons for booking the accommodation. It worked very well.

I was very impressed to see the hotel provided disability access, including a shower with no hob for wheelchair access. I'm not disabled so did not get to experience it from a wheelchair perspective, but there was also a lift platform at the main entrance and an internal lift, which is uncommon in hotels, especially smaller ones. The room itself was spacious and clean. We were provided fresh towels on the second day. There was a neat little bar fridge with the usual kettle, hair dryer and little cupboard for hanging clothes. Nice little bedside tables and a TV. It was warm enough in the middle of Sydney winter that we didn't need to turn the heater on.

Better hanging racks for towels. The ones available were up very high and would not have been able to be reached by someone in a wheelchair and there was no where to hang the hand towels.

Great location and friendly staffs. 3-min walk to the lightrail (Randwick station). Comfortable bed too.

The room is too small. You have to struggle how you put your luggages, if you have 2 persons.

The room was not enormous but was very well appointed and very clean and the bathroom with shower was almost as big as the bedroom and I like this combination. It was also excellent value for money for a stay of sixteen nights. The Receptionist was always extremely helpful and friendly at all times and I could not fault her excellent service.

Nothing really. I know the property well and it fits perfectly my requirements in terms of location and price. It is right in the centre of Randwick and close to the "Spot" were there about fifteen restaurants of good quality,

Room was a decent size and the bed was quite comfortable and spacious. Room amenities were great, great wifi strength and big data limit, and the smart TV worked really well. Windows blocked out sounds from the street and the curtains and blinds did a good job of keeping the room dark in the mornings

Wardrobe was quite small and didn't really hold much and the sinks in the bathroom were quite small and awkward to brush your teeth over had to be crouched at a really awkward angle to spit into sink and make sure you didn't hit your head on the shelf.

The reception and staff were all lovely. Access and location are brilliant, the light rail is very close by and there are many nearby stores and restaurants/cafes. The room was small but cozy and enough for a short stay with amenities available.

The bathroom toilet roll was too close to the toilet. I'm a fairly short and small person yet it would be right against my thigh which made it difficult, I can only imagine how much more difficult it would be for someone who may be taller or larger than I. The towel rack was very far up and I had to stand on top of the toilet in order to reach them.

The room was a great size for a solo traveller, clean and comfortable. Easy keyless access. Short walking distance to Randwick shops (including Royal Randwick mall with Woolies) and Randwick Light Rail station, which connects to Sydney’s vast public transport system.

Would love to have had a safety box in the room to store valuables.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room and facilities were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Two items could see improvement: 1. The bathroom fan is noisy and must have disturbed our neighbors. Otherwise, the soundproofing is good and the rooms are quiet and private. 2. The handbasin is very poorly designed. Only a contortionist could hold their face above the basin - due to the protruding shelf very closely located above it - to permit shaving or cleaning of teeth. Both activities were messy affairs.

This was a little gem. The room was modern, clean and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. One minute from the light rail, many good cafes and restaurants also a minute away. Coogee Beach was just down the road too.

No off street parking. We needed to drive around each time to find a suitable spot to leave our car during the day. Only 3 hour signed parking all around but after 6 pm it was ok to park if you found a spot!
