Location & coffee machine was great to have even thought we didn’t use it was still good to have.

The bed legs were broken on the main bed so didn’t get much sleep at all, which was a bit of waste of money staying there for the amount we paid I feel like it should of had all facilities in working order.

A nice art deco building in a good location - a quiet street, close to King's Cross station, supermarkets, shops and cafes. The views from the front windows of the city and street below were excellent. The room was spacious and the reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities in the room were a bit tired and in need of repair or update. Kitchen equipment and supplies were somewhat limited.

we have watched the renovation of Regents since first visiting our son in Rushcutters for 5 years. Alex in the office gave us a quick tour when we dropped in one day and she is still there. Special bouquets for Josh, John and Alex who looked after us so well. We will be back providing we can book room 21. To the Owner, well done and thank you . mOh, and keep those three professionals in the office please they are worth their weight in platinum!

Love the location and in a weird way - I sort if liked there was no staff around. It felt more like having an apartment. The shower was really nice and hot. I had a lovely view of the street. The soaps etc were great too.

It was quite cold and the doona as a little on the thin side. The pillows were not very comfy either. And my doona didn't have a proper cover on it - it was two sheets put above and below it. But I have fancy bedding in my own home so I possibly have very high standards in this area!

I've stayed here four times now, each time it meets or exceeds expectations. The property is undergoing renovations at the moment (Feb 2023), hopefully once done it'll be back up there. Cute art deco building, spacious rooms with kitchen facilities, great location close to lots of Kings Cross/Potts Point restaurants and the train station. Staff are helpful.

On this occasion I noted the room cleaning service has been removed/reduced entirely (just 'on request'). Last time I was here about 12 months ago it was still cleaned each day or every second day. The reduction in cleaning service is a disappointment. Hopefully it returns.

Room was as good as in the pictures. Plenty of space, especially for two people. Location very close to the train station. It does feel a bit sketchy at night, but not too bad.

A group of drunk people started banging on our door at 3am. Not sure what the hotel could've done about it, since there's no staff at night, but definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. I guess if there was someone at the reception, but price and all.

Loved the helpful staff, the location, the spacious room and the vintage vibe of the building ( loved the Way good Otis!). Has an amazing roof terrace which is really well appointed.

We booked a room which has yet to have a revamp so it was as expected. The one small thing was the lighting in our room. It was really dim which made it a bit difficult to cook but we just made sure we ate early. 😂

Historic building in the city center with an ancient elevator.

The missing hotel parking is replaced by a parking garage in the walking distance for a fee of 30 dollars/day. Unfortunately, parking in front of the hotel is not available for non resident. The room was not cleaned well, there was dust everywhere, the glass table was dirty. The second bed was a sofa bed, which is not exactly the most comfortable alternative for more than 1 night.

The staff were great in the concierge (particularly the young lady who checked us in who was seeing Taylor on Saturday). The attention to detail on the weather update on the ground floor was amazing and set up us nicely, it was amazing to see there was a working elevator in the building which made our luggage so much easier to transport on the third floor. The rooftop was absolutely gorgeous and such an amazing site.

Fantastic location, beautiful laneways to wander, to sit have a wine and watch the world go by. A little noisy at night but to be expected when staying in a cul de sac and our room was facing the lane. Close to Kings Cross station was very handy. Enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom window didn’t close, so that probably let noise in but even so, we would stay there again.
