The location was great, just a walk or bus ride to the harbour or into the city. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with a great view!

The issues that occurred during our stay were not the fault of the staff (a power cut, one lift out of action, and a cockroach in the bathroom - which I only saw once and everything looked clean otherwise). The property itself was great for the price. The only drawback was it was quite a distance to the nearest grocery shop, so getting stocked up on our first day meant carrying heavy bags of shopping quite a way.

Room was spacious and apartment was in a convenient location with the Sydney Art Gallery a 12 minute walk away. I noticed a lot of families were also utilising the larger rooms. The bathroom was dated but the water was hot and had good pressure and there was a bath which would also be good for small children. All the linen was fresh, the towels soft and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was ok, dated but functional. No dishwasher but there is a sink, detergent, sponge, dish brush & tea towel + a small bar fridge, tea, coffee & milk and an electric cooktop and oven (crockery was clean - didn't check out the pots and pans). Secure car parking in a large space under the apartment block is a bonus. Free Wi fi, no charging ports so bring your own and good size LG TV but no extras like Netflix. Had good security, elevator is floor specific and there was no entry to front reception without a electronic door tag.

We had to juggle a door key, a garage door remote & an elevator card all together. The apartment is good, not five star and needs an update but good value.

The property is located in quiet place away from city noise and as well 5-7 mins drive to city CBD and 20mins walk to Botanical Garden and Sydney Opera House. The room was spacious enough with lots of cupboard space for a family with young kids.

The property is not Wheelchair and/or pram accessible to entre into. However, property has got lifts inside the building. Reception and staff is only approachable during business hours. Kitchen item were very limited specially plates and cups, would have appreciated a bit more

Location was perfect for many of the main attractions (Opera House, Botanical Gardens, The Rock shopping area). It was very convenient to use the train system from Kings Cross station. Also there were many great areas to run for runners. Also the neighborhood was very quiet!

The view from our window looked onto another building. Also our apartment faced a noisy neighbor who often sorted his trash and recycling in the morning. Otherwise it was quiet as a mouse!

Defiently the place to be for a family holiday spot, so lovely and close to all sight seeing places and within walking distance as well to most of the places, the staff was just amazing! so lovely and friendly and happy to help out in any way! The rooms are great, perfect if you just want to stay in and cook for yourself or uber eats as it has everything you need. You feel very safe there as the front door will only open to whom is staying there so having kids is great as not just anyone can come in whenever. I highly recommend this place for a great family stay in Sydney

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious. The location was good for our needs. Harry’s Cafe De Wheels was just across the road, there were also a few other eateries within a short stroll.

As the apartment is on a slope, part of the apartment was at street level. It backed onto a parking lot. The windows were also all frosted for privacy. As a result there isn’t much of a view.

Location was excellent. Travel to public transport was easy.

Car parking is limited to little cars under 1.9m. Couldn't fit our vehicle so we had to find on street parking which is difficult. Ceiling vent in bathroom was falling apart. Some curtain clips were missing letting in external light. Only had 1 plate in the room - not being checked by cleaners / hotel staff. Window architrave was cracking and falling apart. No ceiling fans in the room.

Whoever made the decisions to do with the interior fit-out had taste. Tall ceiling gave a sense of space. The view of the city buildings rising above the surrounding tree tops was magic. We were very happy with the location so close to the Domain and the harbour but at the same time maintaining the residential street sense. All of these attributes are rare anywhere.

I had difficulty getting out of the bath at 76 years old and it would take little to install a grab rail on either side of the bath. There are a few more attractive styles that do not convey the image of a rest home.

Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable. Very handy having a kitchen. Air conditioning good. Pub nearby but it wasn’t noisy.

The kitchen crockery, glassware and utensils were a bit light on. Eg. only 2 small water glasses, 2 champagne flutes and 2 mugs. No wine glasses or tumblers. Frypan was very old and too large to wash easily in small sink. I managed with everything and only mention it because you asked. Not complaint-worthy.

Near bus stop which links to all other modes of transportation to tourist attractions. A few minutes walk to the nearest train station (King Cross Station). Room was spacious with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. General great for family stays.

Reception counter closes at 5:30pm and they don't clean your rooms daily. Do request for washing machine and dryer if you need them as overheard at the reception that not all rooms are equipped with them.
