Excellent stay, very clean and large size room with luxury feeling amenities. Great service too with little extra details thought of that you don't often get in other hotels. Location is great too in the heart of Potts Point and near to many local bars, restaurants, cafes and parks as well as the train station and city centre. Would recommend and would stay again.

The view from the room wasn't great, it was just an alley way and there was a little bit of noise from the street in the morning from a rubbish truck or something like that. Overall I think it was OK value for money and a good place to stay. A room with a nicer view would have been reflected with a higher price $$ and there were sheer curtains that blocked the view anyway and still looked pleasant from the inside.

We loved everything about Spicers, and will stay again. We have adult children living in Woolloomooloo so have tried a number of hotels,but this is now our favourite. We're seniors but very fit and healthy, and loved the stairs up to our room. When our key didn't open the door, Serge the concierge sent delicious g&TS back with the re coded keys. This was a lovely, welcome touch after 3 hours drive from home. He also welcomed our 4 family members to happy hour and gave us a space with chairs to open birthday gifts. The service was exceptional.

Stylish accommodation in renovated combined terrace houses with tasteful and lovely decor and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are delightful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a select array of delicious options with extra surprise touches such as a little blueberry friand with your cup of tea, and there are yummy biscuits on the reception bench for guests. The Potts Point location is ideal for transport and restaurants.

Great boutique hotel in excellent central location! well appointed room with super comfy bed. staff were amazing and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was delightful as well as proper coffee!

Unfortunately the room we stayed in (Victoria Balcony Suite) was extremely noisy at night, we loved having the balcony but if we stayed again I’d opt for a room at the back of the property rather than in Victoria Street frontage.

our reception was outstanding - we were tired from a long flight and arrived early before our room was ready. we were treated like a old friend - luggage stores, presented with coffee and offered a place to hang out. this person (Tina I think) was all about making sure we felt comfortable. she made the coffee herself and served us breakfast the next day. she deserves five stars - we are sorry we missed the opportunity to tip her accordingly!

The personnel were beyond amazing! Sam and Zak couldn't have been more friendly, professional, helpful and added a great deal to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was excellent; good variety and well prepared. Location was excellent and convenient to transportation. Also, the shower was amazing!

If you want to see real hospitality in a hotel, go to Spicer's at Potts Point. I have stayed in top class hotels all over the world but for hospitality I have found no equal. The staff just can't do enough for you.

Shortage of car parking, but I think this is general in Potts Point.

Perfect location, knowledgeable staff, comfortable rooms. I liked feeling that the room was cosy and not so much like a typical city hotel. The room was also very quiet & I got a great night's sleep every night.

More hand soap/toiletries on hand would have been great but this is a minor issue. There is a pharmacy & supermarket not far away for any extra essentials.

Location was handy to shops, restaurants & the city. The boutique accommodation was very comfortable for a 4 night stay. The staff were exceptional in their service & general persona. We would highly recommend Spicer's Potts Point as a delightful place to return to after a busy day. It has a very homely feel about it. The breakfasts were delicious.

The weather!!

Great hotel in a very central location. The rooms are clean and spacious. This was my second time staying here and Serge was very helpful both this stay and my previous stay. I always recommend it to friends who are looking for a great place to stay in Sydney.
