The location was convenient and close to my work and two train stations - Museum and Town Hall. Lots of eating out options close by. Communication with the property was good. The front staff were all attentive and polite, my bed was comfortable and clean, the room was quiet, and the shower was the best - large, hot and powerful.

Basically, the room I have been 'upgraded to' had no window as such, so I needed to set an alarm to know it's a morning. This should be clearly specified in the listing, as I would have not selected this room. The heater would also stop after a while showing error code E7, so I was left feeling cold (I reported this to the staff who took a note and said they would get someone fix it). My room could have benefitted from an upgrade (wallpaper has seen a better days) and deeper cleaning of the floors as around the furniture and walls there was a visible layer of dust.

This hotel is absolutely about value-for-money. It's located in an extremely convenient location in Sydney CBD. The room was spacious in the sense that it's got two rooms and two beds. I had a chance of finishing some work late at night while being able to not interrupt my wife who has fallen asleep in the other room. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. Clean room, but no windows, not a problem for our trip or stay at all. Feeling lucky to have found such a nice hotel. It's got everything you could possibly expect at its price.

Wowwwww!! We paid in cash at the hotel and Daniyal's kind incentive was a complementary breakfast pack! In addition, we were also offered a free room upgrade! What a wonderful taste of the high life on the eighth floor! We were greeted with cosy lighting, warm music, complementary bottles of water and views of the city - way exceeding our expectations! We ate delicious Thai at our favourite "Mrs. Chan's," just a few minute walk away(!) :) Then, the next morning, we were offered a later checkout thanks to Jimmy, when my baby needed more time to rest - It is so handy being able to call Reception directly from the room! We had had a bit of a trek to get to our stay, so we were quite exhausted. Daniyal and Jimmy's kindness has been very much appreciated by the three of us - Big thanks to all the lovely team at YEHS, Sydney!

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel is very well situated, walking distance to most of the things to visit and see. Dalrling Harbour and Circular Quay. The Maritime Museum, Australian  Museum, The Opera and the Botanical Garden. Close to shopping and good restaurants, especially in Chinatown. Also close to the tram, and within 10-15 minutes from the Central Station, easy access to the airport. Pleasant and helpful staff! The New Year's greeting was a nice and pleasant surprise, much appreciated!

Great location - close to china town. Also great service by Tim and very friendly Hotel Manager Jandro I will only comment on my room, which was the cheapest one I booked. Note that I had previously stayed at YEHS hotel with a bigger room. For the room that I stayed, below are some feedback: Pros: Excellent location - close to Central and Townhall train stations. Next to Haymarket and Chinatown shops, World Square, Westfield and more. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean Staff were very friendly and professional Cons: For my particular room, it was small with a single-sized bed. Therefore the room heated up if not using air con in summer. For the air con, when I turned it to maximum fan, it made strange and constant noises. However on low/medium settings this is not an issue. Note that the air con blows directly towards the bed. Final comments: Good for a single nights' stay. I was surprised that a short review was posted using my account without me actually logging in. I have since updated the review

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right in the heart of what's commonly referred to as Chinatown, though it should perhaps be called "Asia Town" as it beautifully represents a myriad of Asian cultures. Upon my arrival, I had the pleasure of savoring Nepalese cuisine just across the street from the hotel. The following day, I indulged in Korean Wagyu soup for lunch and enjoyed exquisite Japanese sushi for dinner. The abundance of diverse dining options and shops within a block's radius was a real treat. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly inviting and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The bed provided a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep, and the bathroom, despite its compact size, exuded a cozy charm that perfectly suited my needs as a solo traveler with a single suitcase. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, which is in keeping with the warm and helpful encounters I've had throughout my travels in Australia. The people here consistently go out of their way to assist and make visitors feel welcomed. My stay at Yeh's CBD was so enjoyable that I decided to book a room at Yeh's QBD upon my return from my New Zealand trip. This decision speaks volumes about the quality of service and experience offered by this hotel chain. Overall, my time at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a welcoming and culturally rich environment in the heart of the city.

This did not bother me: They don't have a gym, spa or restaurant in the hotel. That said there are so many restaurants in the area it really does not affect you. Massage places close by also. The only down fall is that the room was so small it was hard for me to do my yoga in the morning.

I was so happy with bed!! it was so comfy and I was excited to get back to the hotel each day to jump into bed! Location was really good too! Right in the CBD but no noise on weekends

The windows were so dirty you can’t see outside. The noise level is fine, however when ever someone is in the hallway you can hear everything

I like how close this hotel is to darling harbour and China town. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away its in a very convenient area of the cbd. the staff are always lovely and accommodating.

On day of arrival concierge said on the day we leave we could clock out of hotel at 11am. But on the day we were to leave they called and said we needed to be out by 10am. Would just like a bit more clarity with that, discussion between staff as one person told us one thing but the other said something else made it confusing and we ended up rushing out of the hotel. Air con is a bit temperamental and doesn't always work, this a consistent issue

Firstly I'd like to comment on the exceptional customer service from Anish and Binay, they went above and beyond to help us from storing our push bikes over night, adjusting the room heating, storing our bags for us after check out and assisting us with transfers to the airport. They are an asset to the hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything in the city. Hotel and rooms are quite dated and show visible wear and tear. Great shower and comfortable bed. Toilet space was very tight. Minor street noise. Rooms are very compact. Good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great. Easy walk to harbour and a great kids playground nearby. Early check-in was allowed as our rooms were ready. When we checked out our luggage could be stored until we were ready to call our taxi. We received a discount with cash which then entitled us to a complimentary breakfast (pastry and coffee). Great coffee! Nice comfortable beds and a big shower!

Rooms were very small with no seating facilities which meant we had to sit on the bed. We were a group of three adults and two young children and booked two rooms. We would put the kids to bed early in one room then sit up in the other room until it was time for us to go to bed. It was very cramped all sitting/lying on the bed!
