Location is excellent. Staff at check in (Justin and Cindy) were super helpful. Room was ready, as expected. Room key is practical for lift and room. Room/Bed were very clean, towels too. Had very nice liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Opted for mini kitchenette option - nicely equipped for making tea and storing water or a little bit of food. Breakfast is good and delivered to room, if asked.

There is no 24/7 in-room dining option. For travelers from Middle East, depending when you land, you might get hungry on first night. Uber does not deliver beyond a certain time and options are limited. If it rains, they don't deliver - as we found out.

This is now my second time staying at Fraser Suites and I love it! It is located in the best spot, close to city shipping, public transport including trains, trams & buses. Not a far walk to Darling Harbour either. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, has a lovely vibe and very cozy! Would definitely recommend this Hotel for brides, larger families and safe for the little ones, weekend staycations, travelling interstate and even for business travel.

Everything was exceptional only thing our room didn't have was a toilet cleaner, this should definitely be in every room.

Staff were friendly at check-in and checkout, and they made things very easy,. The room was perfect for a solo traveller, although you could hear the elevator and talking when it was quiet and occasionally loud traffic (I was on the 32 floor). Amenities were nice (the bathroom grout was black in some places) and the shower was free of mould. The bed was very comfortable and they have a pillow menu! Which I found amazing. Will definitely come and stay again.

The rooms were spacious and it was a nice home away from home. There was a nice living and dining room space. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

There were only 3 dining chairs around the table even though our booking was for 5. Some of the security passes we were given didn't work at different points from entering the carpark or trying to get to our room from the lobby area. The cot that was provided did not have a sufficient mattress. Also, I would have preferred a better view of the city on a higher floor as our view was across a carpark.

The location is ideal for any purpose staying in Sydney. The higher level rooms have amazing views and you can even see fireworks on a Saturday night. The room layout is that of a high quality apartment rather than a hotel room.

The housekeeping between stays could be better. The room felt like “someone else’s clean home” rather than “a fresh new room for us”. I found some hair and the bathroom didn’t feel perfectly cleaned. Also the brochures had graffiti on them which again took away from the feeling. For one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Sydney I think this could be easily improved on.

The suite was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and very handy having a kitchenette in the room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location was also excellent, close to transport, shops and Darling Harbour.

I didn't have any hot water in my room on arrival, maintenance attempted to fix the problem and when it couldn't be fixed, the helpful staff at reception moved me to another room so I was not inconvenienced any further.

Staff were very attentive, always helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and met our needs. The larger suite with the lounge and kitchenette was the perfect space to relax with friends before going to a concert. Parking was good and easy to find. Great location, so central to everything and the light rail makes it easy to move around. Staff were welcoming and professional and I felt this high level of service (across the different roles) was a stand out from other quality hotels I've stayed at.

The room was very warm when we arrived at 3pm (air-conditioner had been turned off) however staff were wonderful and fixed very quickly. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, soft at first try but too firm by time you wake up. Lack of blankets (we did end up using the only one on the room but friends in the adjoining suite missed out was not a big issue however.

the gym facilities and the pool were fantastic. the location was also extremely convenient for town and the convention centre. Also close proximity to the train which made coming from the airport very simple. The staff were also fantastic, and very helpful. The unit was comfortable, clean and a great layout

Even though the toilet was clean there was a distinct smell of urine when we arrived which did not go while we were there, despite cleaning

Great location, next to the Regent Place, easy to get get to food and coffee. The one bed room apartment has decent living and dining area. The bed is comfortable, staffs are helpful and friendly. Internet is stable and fast. Carpark is easy to access with plenty of parking.

The bathroom drainage on the floor has smell coming out.

The location was very convenient to most of the traveler's needs, including close to good food selections, shopping, conferences, and sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and even called me back when an early check-in room became available.

I always thought Fraser Suites was closer to 5-star regarding facilities and premises, but this time I felt the property was closer to the 4-star level.
