Stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the set-up. Obviously this is budget accommodation, which is what you pay for but what they get right is cleanliness, ease of use, functionality and comfort. Access to rooms, lockers and your capsule is via a swipe card. Very simple, no hassle. The location is very good. On the cnr of George St and Liverpool St, access to public transport is very simple. Town Hall station is 3 mins walk away or Museum station is 7-8 mins. Additionally, there's a tram stop virtually at the front door. If you're coming from the airport then getting here is simple the green line. For anyone that knows Sydney the hotel occupies levels 3-5 of what use to be the Century Hotel, with reception located on level 3, operational between the hours of 10am-9pm (from memory - check that to confirm). The beds are spacious and more than comfortable for two people, so for one person it's excellent. Inside the capsule you can control ventilation and lights. You have two USB plug-ins, an electric plug and a small safe for any valuables. Toilet and shower facilities are shared, they're ok, and included hairdryers.

Reception hours are a little bit of a nuisance, in between 10am-9pm, which doesn't do much for a late check-in, although from what I know you can organise a later check-in if required. The movement of people in and out of other capsules does create some noise, which means that if you're a light sleeper this will not work for you. I found that from about midnight to 4am it was fairly quiet but you will still hear people every now and then making their way in or out.

I think it's a nice gesture to have tea and coffee for free BUT you seriously need to purchase more coffee/tea mugs and them keep up as there was only ONE mug in the whole kitchenette. Those little tiny bowls just don't cut it.

Those little tiny bowls just don't cut it. While it's in a great location for someone like me from rural NSW I had a devil of a time finding it. I don’t what you could do to make it easier to find for people like me.

Great for travelers who seek for a place that's affordable and a bit more of a private space. I stayed for 1 night and staff from reception and housekeeping are nice, and the place are also pretty neat.

The reception opens at a certain schedule. I arrived super early in the morning and wanted to put my luggage somewhere so I thought maybe there's storage at reception. Too bad they were closed so I had to carry around my luggage until check in time. There's a note saying I could reach the staff at the bar instead but apparently it also wasn't open untill 10am. Overall it's pretty good.

Spacious bed in deluxe capsule so I didn't feel cramped. The lighting inside was really cool and fit the space theme. The location of the hotel is in a really good place, super close to public transport and many of the main shopping outlets and restaurants in the CBD. Staff are also really nice!

During my stay the bathroom(toilet) on my floor was out of order so you would have to visit the reception floor for those amenities, just unfortunate timing for my stay but this wouldn't affect future visitors. Only main issue was noise -- I had an upper capsule and I felt the doors and stairs were creaking so loud (since the rooms are quiet), I just hope it wasn't a disturbance to others in my room but if the roles were reversed I would have found these noises annoying.

The capsule was comfy and had power + room to store small items. The bag locker is card access and was big enough to store a large backpack. Great location, definitely the best value stay I've had in Sydney - perfect when you want somewhere comfy (and private) to sleep.

The bathroom floor was soggy and my socks got wet :(

Location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to cheap, reliable public transport to see most major attractions and it's easy enough to reach large venues (Accor etc). Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Staying in the capsule was a bit of a novelty!

Bed was fine enough, but if you're older or have a bad back I'd think you wouldn't be very comfortable. Could be a little cleaner, but fine enough for a short stay.

Nice and cool temperature aircon. Nice bathroom and toilet. Aircon in capsule, so you can get your own perfect temperature.

The mattress is thin, so can feel the base because it's thin. If they doubled the mattress topper would be perfect. Its manageable but could definitely be thicker. However the other capsule hotel is the same from memory, so what do u do???

Location fantastic! Walking distance to everything. Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night! Noisy downstairs but once the hotel and room doors closed very quiet. Excellent value! I could sit up in my capsule no problem. Capsule and linens clean (except for the stowaway table which was dirty) and I was nice and warm. I never had to wait for bathroom to be free. Bathrooms had good hot showers. Great kitchen with all cutlery and crockery, tea coffee sugar and even a little peanut butter and vegemite jar! Fridges available to keep your own food. Friendly staff. Good coin operated laundry on my floor washing powder included and a machine downstairs in the bar to change notes into coins. Lift available to all floors. Check in and out a breeze. Luggage lockers were narrow but very deep and fit all my belongings easily. I felt very safe staying here!

Hard to find. The address is George Street but the entrance is actually around the corner on York St. Lift was tiny, slow and pretty disgusting but I guess that's the owner of the buildings problem. Towel very thin. One of the taps in the bathroom was broken and wobbling around. Hardly any shower water pressure. Bathrooms were serviceable but in desperate need of a revamp! Some air fresheners in the rooms because my room STUNK to high heaven (due to someone staying there, not hotel). Toaster in the kitchen but no microwave! Fridges were room temperature. Need to turn them down a few degrees! Need thicker mattresses in the capsules.

Very reasonable for a solo traveller. Better than a standard backpackers. Facilities were clean. I did not interact with staff other than bouncers when entering after hours they were friendly and helped me get my key. You could hear the nightclub below but it didn't stop me from sleeping and I am a light sleeper (I was top bunk/pod which might have helped) over all better than some other places I've stayed at for the price. I'd stay again.

Towels are small.
