Light rail was nearby which made it very easy to get around Rooms were quite large. Lots of restaurants nearby The Cidery was lovely

Beds were a little soft I had 2 children who were coeliac - apart from the egg station , there was limited choices for breakfast as the Gluten free section was highly cross contaminated - for eg people were using the gluten free toaster for their gluten foods. I had rang specifically asking about the breakfast and was reassured there were plenty of options. Unfortunately this was the only part of our stay that was very disappointing.

The rooms are of average size, nice but not spectacular. Bathroom looks a bit more outdated with cream coloured tiles. Everything is super comfortable from aircon to bed and pillows to shower pressure and temperature. I've stayed here 4 times in rooms facing various directions; all the ones facing World Square were extremely quiet but the street side room had some noise especially on Friday/Saturday. None of the directions/sides even at top floor have good views, better pick the quiet sides.

My only problem has been the housekeeping. It seems that they assign different housekeepers on different days to your room, and they are extremely inconsistent. Some days I got my room cleaned almost immediately and to the highest standard. Some days I was out 4+ hours and the room was still not cleaned. A couple of days I requested house keeping repeatedly from the housekeepers and finally needed to complain to reception before getting anything done. The quality was also all over the place. Sometimes the room was impeccably clean, other days they just didn't bother. As a single example, one day I had a splilled a really obvious bunch of potato chips crumps on the middle of the floor but they just left it there without vacuuming.

Location, excellent staff all very friendly and helpful

We had an issue with the maintenance in the room. The door handle fell off in the bathroom when we arrived in the room. The towel rail was loose and the toilet roll holder was loose. The shower door didn’t close properly. The maintenance man did arrive promptly but unfortunately as there was a lot to do it was taking a long time and we needed the room to get ready to go out. We had to ask him to come back later which he agreed to but he didn’t come back and fix the toilet roll holder and shower door. There was dust and rubbish between the wardrobe and the first unit I presume the cleaners are unable to get to it to clean.

Location was great. Right in the heart of Little Asia with lots of restaurants. Also was very close to the mall, which made dropping off bags very convenient. Room was very spacious and quiet, and enjoyed the restaurants located within the hotel. All in all, great for solo travel and would be back again!

The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. When I got there, there were definitely a few smudges on the walls of the tub and floor that weren't caused by me. Other than that, no other issues.

Very good location, lots of restaurants, ate each time at a different one, for 7 days. Easy acces to bus, tram, attractions. Personnel seemed helpful, but didn't actually needed anything. Easy check out.

I expected room to be bigger. Cannot complain about cleaning service, as we hung the "do not disturb" sign, but we did find some medicine foil from prevoius occupants. It is understandable, vaccum may miss some, and it is quite a busy hotel. Also breakfast too expensive to eat in restaurant

The location is amazing as it's very central and extremely convenient. We could walk everywhere and there are plenty of eateries around to choose from. There's also a Coles supermarket within World Square itself which was convenient for us to pick up a few things when we needed to. The staff was professional and helpful which was very much appreciated.

Noise from what we believe is from a karaoke bar nearby. Some nights the karaoke goes on till past midnight. Housekeeping was great the first few days but there were misses towards the end of the stay. One day we came back to the room with missing hand and face towels so I had to request for them. It was also a hassle when we missed housekeeping one day because we had the do not disturb sign on the door handle. A card was left behind to let us know we've missed it and to ring up if we require housekeeping service, which we did. We were told that it will be cleaned while we were out but it was not. I had to chase it up a few times to finally have the housekeeping done while we were out for dinner.

Location great - shopping area under the hotel (and big supermarket), a lot of cafes and restaurants around, central train station, also it is pretty close to the park and museum. The breakfast and the bar (brewery) in the lobby of the hotel were really good. Laundry service.

The room cleaning was very good however my husband had allegory (to dust) all the stay. The closet was upsetting because it doesn't have shelves, only a hanging option, we stayed for 6 days and had no place to arrange the clothing. we had issues with the room key (card) it stopped working all the time..

Spacious room (2 adjoining rooms connected) worked great for our family of 4 (2 adults, 9 and 12 yo kids). Tons of great food (excellent Asian food) in the block around the hotel. Easy to get to all touristy sites by walking, bus or light rail. Or subway trains. Essentially an affordable, spacious, no frills practical accommodation for a family, which we booked last minute, literally on our flight to Sydney (March, so not peak season).

No view, but that was ok with us. Surroundings not fancy or scenic, but that was ok with us (and offset by tons of affordable and yummy restaurants)

Location handy to Central trains and a lot of food options nearby/walking distance. Hotel went extra mile to put on event specific decorations in lobby and bar which was a fun touch (Came for The Eras Tour).

Booking details were changed over a week in advance (main name on booking) via Booking.com but it did not appear the hotel had those details so check in was a little bit harder, but ultimately was still smooth. Only adding this as had to fill the box.

The location is the best! Highly accessible to key areas or public transportation. Easy to find places to eat, shop and so on. Friendly staff and everyone was very helpful.

The pillows are too soft to our liking. The lights and Airconditioning unit are somehow connected so you can’t switch off the aircond because lights will go off too. Also you cant decide if you want heater or airconditioning, at 21 celcius heater turns on automatically. Not all lifts require key card access so anyone can actually go up to your floor.
