The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from Town Hall station; close to China Town, QVB, Darling Harbour and other attractions. Staff was efficiency and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

The shower water easily spill out. Gym room is a bit small but enough; no view.

Location was perfect- close to the ICC (ie I could walk). I had a 3 day conference, so being able to walk was perfect. Staff were friendly, especially the lady in the cafe section.

My dirty dishes weren't taken from my room. Needed firmer pillows- or a choice. Also needed a blanket! Didn't like that I couldn't pop in to see my friend on the 2nd floor (I was on the 8th)- I understand the security, but feel this should be considered for friends/family travelling together. eg We could have been offered a swipe card for each other's floors, so we could visit when we wanted

The meals available for breakfast and dinner were very good. The evening dining experience was exceptional and we have already written to management regarding this aspect of our stay. We thought the layout and fixtures in our room were innovative. Adequate storage without feeling restricted or cluttered. All front desk staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the location, which was central, was unkempt and the public spaces around the site were dirty by comparrison with other cities. A Sydney Council issue not the hotel's!

Entering the venue was very pleasant, dim lighting at the reception really gave that cosy feeling. The staff were very attentive and concise allowing us to find our way through the floors. Talking about the room, the Deluxe Double Room we stayed in was very nice, stepping through the door of the room, it smelled very clean, unlike some dingy hotels out there, but this one smelled like it’s had a diffuser making the whole room smell excellent. The toilet was nice, the shower was amazing ( loved the wide shower head and the detachable head). TV offered chrome cast so we could watch Netflix so that was a plus and the bed, it had thick blankets ands firm mattress which was so comfy, definitely one of the best elements in the room. As far as location, it was very good, 5 minutes walk to town hall station making super convenient for those with heavy lots of baggage like us on our stay.

Not too much to say

The property is in a great location to get to so many great tourist spots! Our rooms were clean and modern and the beds were large and super comfy had a great style and the bathroom was such a gorgeous space with the amazing shower and products. There is an AWESOME bar on the roof which we spent time at on both nights and also ordering room service was super easy and arrived fast which was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

The rooms were a little smaller than I had pictured for the price and the pool area was also pretty tight.

The room was well appointed, with a stocked bar fridge of assorted drinks and snacks. Though we only used the milk. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I arrived late at night, asked about room service, and the staff not only offered room service but pointed out local services that were still open for take way meals. My wife, missed the flight and would not get in till the morning, so they set up a room key for her waiting at the reception desk for when she got in. The restaurant on the ground floor The Sussex Store, had breakfast and came back and had dinner on the last day as breakfast was so nice, the dinner was just as good, highly recommend the restaurant, the staff are super friendly. There is also a ton of small eateries and a two 711 type stores close by.

Location was great , easy few minutes walk to darling harbour restaurants cafes etc and china town. Not far from city easy straight walk, never took public transport. Further from circular quay but wasn't my preferred area Breakfast was outstanding well presented. Pool area and bar interior gorgeous! Location felt safe and noise wasn't an issue during my stay (stayed thurs -monday) Room - deluxe room ; clean, beautiful bath interior , comfy bed . No complaints!

Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour is walking distance to every attractions in Sydney city. There are many restaurants nearby and it is accessible to all public transport. Our room is quiet and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The pool area has magnificent view of the city especially at night time. The staff are friendly. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggages. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary and we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back next year with the kids.

Amazing hotel and location. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The heated pool and sun beds were great and bar area was pretty. It's in a great location that is pretty central to everything or trams/trains/buses if you need. It was quick and easy to check in/out.

I didn't like the shower screen/glass. There was no door so water went everywhere. Also the room was really dark and there wasn't enough lighting.

Loved the location, the rooms were beautiful, modern and so clean. Our room was ready 2 hours early which was a great bonus! The included breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The overall facilities were fabulous, pool area is beautiful, the whole hotel was super clean and organized and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The heated pool was barely warm. We had goose bumps when swimming early afternoon and ended up hopping out as it was too cold.
