it would be helpful while checking in we will be told if it would be on the ground floor or second floor, will it be near the pool or restaurant. Is the room near the main road or not. Have to cut off the stay for 1 night as the person I'm looking after doesn't feel safe. I was not refunded for the day cancellation. I have to charge this to the person I'm looking after and this guy is under a centrelink pension which is not much.

The accommodation was excellent - the rooms were clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations. The pool and amenities were fantastic. We all loved the accommodation. We had a group of 20 and we were all well accommodated for.

We arrived late, after hours, so there was no staff to meet us and we had to check in manually. There was one key missing so I had to follow up on that. The problem was that it was very dark and it was hard to see the numbers for the cabins and it took a bit of time to walk around the whole resort to find the cabins. We had 20 people to allocate so it was a bit of a strategical challenge!

It was very clean & tidy, very secure behind a key access gate. Even though you use an access key to enter the cabin once the door is shut it automatically locks & you press the green button to unlock the door (no actual keys but the doors lock & unlock when entered & close the door). Very safe. I’m sure the staff were amazing as well but I didn’t have any interaction with anyone (late check in & early checkout).

Check in I have stayed here before and always a terrible check in when I finally got my code after sending my license through twice. There was an elderly woman also trying to check in no reception after 5pm ridiculous worst ever. If it wasn’t so hard at start it would have been a great stay. We had just driven 850 klm poring with rain and took an hour to check in

Clean, comfortable and quiet.. Extremely easy middle of the night check-in. Friendly, smiling staff. I recommended this hotel to the woman who books accomodation at my work. She usually puts us in those two hotels near the airport. (The ones which have horrific check-in times even in the middle of the night) Darwin Resort is better for less than half the price! Great find.

I booked a room & found it was on the Highway side with just a wall separating me & car from drunk locals - it was late in the evening & I did not feel my full car would be safe - I rang the after hours number & was immediately up graded thank you so much was greatly appreciated

The cheaper rooms are located next to the highway where a bus stop is just beyond the wall I felt it was unsafe for my car

Rooms and facilities were good Ground level accommodation units were good to access for travelers like me Kitchen provided facilities for preparing my breakfirst

Late night check in in not user friendly digital key did not work in the first instance but after trying for so many times it unlocked. If driving with own transport it's ok but if not its a long way to push the baggage on ground.

The room was absolutely on point. I am a 54 year old mother who had my son staying in the room, he is 30years old. 'We both had our own separate comfortable beds that we enjoyed much. Sleeping was good, very clean and spacious. Didn't have time to go to the pool, as we were there for sorry business, and was out all day and only return to sleep late at night.

The room was extremely clean and the housekeeper was excellent in providing a quick solution to a request I made. This is a great location close to both Darwin city and the airport. We will defintiely stay here again the next time we are in Darwin. Very quick and convenient check-in and key drop off / express checkout too.

There was nothing that I did not like here.

The room, the pool and the staff were welcoming

I paid full for the room but had to pay a $100 deposit that I didn't know. Not sure why we needed to pay it but other than that Lovely place but I won't be coming back. Sorry
