Staff is friendly, professional and proactive, cleanliness is impeccable, parking is private, good waking distance from city centre , my room had a kitchenette with frying pan, toaster, kettle and microwave plus utensils and laundry with washing machine and dryer so I really felt like I had everything I needed for my stay. Bed was super comfy not bland nor hard, just on point. The Aircon and ventilator worked so well through the whole day and night. 👌

Everything is very good. Only improvement suggestion would be that the pool and parking lots could use a bit of shade - just as an extra bonus ;)

Spotlessly clean, lovely garden and nice pool. The aircon and fan work without rattling or other noise which is rare in Darwin hotels! Staff are very friendly and the manager made a great effort to make sure I knew how to access my room after normal office hours. Good location with a well stocked 24hr convenience store across the road.

On a previous stay I had to get my bag to a second story room which was tricky…not sure if they have a lift or not? I should have asked. This time I stayed on ground level which was much easier.

The light breakfast offered is good and very reasonably priced. Woolworth supermarket is about a 13 minute walk, Darwin CBD about 20 minutes. From CBD you can also take bus nr.8 which has a stop nearby. Despite being situated near highway no traffic noise inside apartment. Apartment came with washing machine and dryer which came in very handy with the temperatures of 34°C or higher during my stay. Apartment was spacious and clean although some of the light switches were not in the most convenient spots. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

A box of Kleenex tissues in the apartment would've been nice.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and resolve any issues. The apartments are very clean, some have washing machines and dryers. I was working during the day, but I was able to make the most out of the pool since it is open until 10 pm. There is a restaurant on top of the hotel, a bottle shop and a servo right in front of it. You can book the day use option for 50 AUD (useful if your flight is late at night).

1. The room was very large, and very modern. 2. The room was very clean. 3. The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly. 4. The continental breakfast (for only 10 dollars) was very good. 5. The room was very good value for money.

1. The location was at the corner of McMinn and Finnis streets near the Stuart Highway, and it was a fairly long walk to most of the CBD restaurants and bars etc. (Unfortunately, the location cannot be changed !)

We arrived at 2.30 am and found access to our room simple and hassle free, and then to find we had been upgraded to a2 bed apartment on the ground floor, just was wonderful! Staff and facilities were excellent, surroundings lovely and clean and green, location is good if you don't mind an easy flat walk to Darwin City. Dolly is a marvel always smiling, helpful and friendly and the breakfast for $10 ... top value. Highly recommend and will return if there is a next time to Darwin.

Staff were excellent, and the receptionist Dolly was attentive to the needs of all guests staying at the resort. The pool was awesome, and the room was perfect for our use. Affordable drinks and tasty meals could be found at the pub nearby. The restaurant on site was great for a sit-in dinner or a takeaway meal.

There's not much of a view to look at. Walking to Darwin town centre was easy enough but takes time, and the heat can make it exhausting. No public transport bus stops nearby.

Love how spacious the apartments are and how friendly the staff were. The Lady at reception was extremely beautiful and welcoming. The staff on hand was amazing, kind and always smiling. My children couldn't get enough of the pool so that was a bonus, and the extra toiletries and towels was a plus. And beds were so comfortable, even the pillows were fluffy. AMAZING!!! Thank you Alatia Holiday Apartments for making our stay a great getaway from home. We will definitely be back.

Everything went right,loverly facilities,great staff and very friendly the lot of them would recommend this facility ,to any one wishing to holiday and stay in Darwinwe were all most impressed staff and management went out of there way to look after us.

There was nothing we dislikedfacilities and staff were all excellant,if there is a minor inconvience a little far fro C,B,D. It great place.Excellant stay in supper facilities with amazing staff .

Friendly and helpful staff; good location; quiet; washing machine, dryer and drying rack in unit; mostly clean.

We were put in a disabled 2-bedroom apartment. The bathroom had a horrible shower curtain, and no towel rails. Some things were old and/or broken, eg the waste bin in bathroom. The blankets for the beds were single and didn't appear very clean.
