The location is a 10 minute walk into town. The room was just like any other 3 star motel. It was on level 2 and had been renovated. It was very spacious with plenty of space for luggage. A wardrobe, drawers and a nook under the drawers if you want to unpack. The tv, fridge with a cupboard next to it for more storage and air conditioner were great. A desk with a chair and 2 other comfortable chairs to sit on. The room was cleaned regularly over our 10 night stay. The bar next door with meals and entertainment some nights was very convient and great prices followed by friendly service. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs/deckchairs and had nice big clean pool. We were very happy with our stay here.

The pool area could do with some garden maintenance. Once people had finished their drinks from the bar in this area it wasn't cleaned up very often.

Room was clean and tidy, but the ensuite was a bit pokey - consider changing to a sliding door on the outside of the room to give more room to access the toilet. The pool was great - not the 27 metres that the staff had advised, but still enough to do laps and the water was lovely and the area nice.

The reception area was nice, but some of the other common areas like hallways could do with a bit of upgrade. I was there during the Darwin Festival so understand that prices were at a premium then, but i probably expected a few more stars for my money.

Quick check in . Staff always friendly. Great location. Easy walk to the waterfront. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Having a pool is a bonus . Has a BBQ by the pool. Easy access to bar and bottle shop as well as food if needed. Good laundry facilities. Beautifully air conditioned room. Close to airport . We had a standard room which was fine but our friends had a room down the bottom near the pool which was a bonus as they had a little outdoor space which connected to the pool area . I would book this type of room next time for that extra space to chill out on . Not a fancy looking place but has all you’ll need .

Please put a fan in the bathroom . It fogs up too much . Please add another mirror somewhere in the room whether it’s a full length mirror or a wall mirror. One mirror is not enough. Nice pool area but a general tidy around the pool area would make it look better .

Location and nice room

The roof top restaurant is no longer there and the topless barmaid downstairs I find is a deterrent for hotel guests especially families and couples etc. Catered for a specific group of people only.

Loved the pool. The bed was very comfy and the large TV was welcomed. Wifi worked well. I had to attend a zoom meeting for my work and it was fine. The Wednesday steak deal at the pub was good.

The room was 'tired', needed a good paint and update of furniture. The laundry was unfortunately very dirty. I kind of wished someone would get a blower and blow the leaves away from the pool and also plant some new foliage. Parts of the hotel were quite run down. Areas where people walked were filled with broken furniture and junk. The location wasn't good.

Great location: within walking distance of city centre, esplanade, Casino, Mindil Beach, Cyclone Tracy Museum. Coles Express shop nearby for last minute provisions. Lunch and dinner available - enjoyed all meals. Bar and pool on site. Fridge and safe in room. Staff were welcoming and very obliging with any requests.

Surrounding gardens were pretty much untended, which was a shame.

Great punters bar downstairs & pretty good location not to far from the main strip. The pool is great but the poor maintenance around it is not a good look. The room/building is outdated but must say room was very clean.

The lifts are very slow and outdated. Also being on the ground floor you couldn't of your curtains as there's no light curtain just a full block out curtain.

The pool was amazing. Huge. I had it to myself most of the time. Beautiful temperature. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Air conditioning was a bit weak and probably needs some maintenance. A laundry powder vending machine and a change machine in the laundry facilities would be helpful.

My room was comfortable and clean. I didn't have breakfast and didn't use the pool. However, I found the bar good quality with friendly staff and the hotel reception staff were also really helpful.
