The apartment was perfect- with three areas, balcony and bathroom. It was light, airy and cool. The location was perfect- close to restaurants, the lagoon, swimming pool, wave pool and Hop On Hop Off Bus, as well as the community bus to the wharf. Also, clues to glass elevator that takes you to the walkway over to the CBD that is in easy walking distance.

Great Location. Well appointed. Pool towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, dishwasher (and tablets), work desk, washing machine (and powder), laundry dryer rack, tumble dryer, etc. etc.. Nice touches - like complimentary drinks and snacks basket, including wine, beers, dried mango dipped in chocolate. Helpful staff.

Incredible location - you wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Darwin. Close access to everything for kids and adults alike, the lagoon, wave pool, coffee, drinks, restaurants, jetskis. Such an incredible waterfront precinct. Beautiful balcony views!

For $4600 and booking for 6 guests it was very disappointing to find we were given an apartment with only one bathroom that had access only inside the master bedroom. Very odd and inconvenient. Master air con did not work. Rest of apartment was icy cold and worked well.

The staff went over and above their job description friendly checking in Wass at two but helped us get in early as we had no accommodation. Have informed our travel agent Phil Hoffmann about your fantastic staff and facilities and will tell everyone we know. To many people complain about everything these days but now one gives praise when needed. Through all the drama with canceled fights and all the stress you’re staff gave us some sunshine

Everyone there and the clean and fantastic facilities

Location was fantastic, giving great views of the lagoon and out to the ocean. The apartment was also a great size, with plenty of space for a family of 4. As a nice bonus, the welcome pack was better than most. Even though we checked in out of hours, the process was very straightforward.

It's being picky, but it was a bit of a surprise there was no soap in the bathrooms, plus care had to be taken when showering as the design of the shower led to much of the bathroom getting wet.

The location was outstanding and the best location in Darwin close to everything. The apartment on the ground floor was excellent and super convenient.

The bathroom sink did not drain and that should have been corrected before we entered.

It was a great location, parking available, very clean, nice views, it was safe and fabulous restaurants very close. It was also located walking distance to the city.

It was hard to find anything we didn't like and when returning to Darwin we would stay there again, we would recommend it to others. The only thing that was lacking was air conditioning in the lifts and foyer conditioning

Location was great, although it was a little difficult to find the office / lock box upon arrival. Little touches such as chocolates and beverages upon arrival was a lovely surprise.

The location, the apartment,the facilities everything was fantastic. These apartments have everything you could possibly need ,they are very secure and all the entertainment you could possibly want on your doorstep. Plus the management were very accommodating,

There is absolutely nothing that we could complain about it was the perfect place to stay

it was clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, everything I needed. it was very secure and felt very safe. the balcony had fabulous views. close to everything I needed so I didn’t need a car. it felt like a home.
