Convenience and customer service. The location is amazing and perfect for the kids. All I mean every staff are excellent. Always ready to support and very professional. We do think everyone needs a praise if not a raise :)

Some utilities are kind of old and need proper maintenance. For example, the toilet wasnt working perfectly. But this issue was politely acknowledged. We can also understand some staffing constraints in terms of maintenance works as it was on the NYE.

The service was excellent, room clean, beds so comfortable! I like the bathroom dispensers rather than the little bottles, lovely products.

My first room and surrounding area had a very strong black mould odour, resulting in an asthma attack. Room immediately changed once notified. A bit slow to change the feather pillows after a couple of requests. Maintenance can be improved, curtain rod broken and cut my finger. Bath/shower drain chipped and rusty all round. Phone not working.

Kitchen was noisy, especially when staff would drop something (glasses) into sink when dining, pepper and salt shakers were empty, keeping food replenished at breakfast. I appreciate all businesses are struggling with staff shortages at present however a daily checklist for ensuring all tasks are attended to is a necessity in the hospitality industry.

Location at the waterfront is wonderful. The staff was friendly and cheerful and kind. The room was big with comfortable beds and very nice quality sheets. I loved the refrigerator and electric kettle and used both. Bathroom was spacious and modern and very clean. Breakfast was very good- lots of options!

You can’t beat their location. I travel solo with 5 yo daughter and it’s super convenient to stay at the waterfront with everything you could possibly need at your doorstep. Basic hotel but clean, staff is friendly, buffet breakfast is also nice.

Can not get a better location to stay in Darwin. Close to some amazing restaurants and facilities. Staff were great!

There seemed to be some communication issues between Booking.com and the hotel regarding our room configurations, however staff quickly resolved.

Location was excellent. Suited pickup by our Ghan tour. Close to safe beach.

Handle in an awkward location to get out of show. hot and cold water adjustment in shower awkward. Sometime a cold setting gave hot water.

Rooms clean, fresh and modern. Water view room overlooking the lagoon and wave pool. Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety and good value. Friendly staff. Location is fantastic, on Darwin Waterfront amongst cafes and restaurants, a short walk to Smith Street, the Deckchair Theatre around the corner was great too. Nice pool which is mostly undercover by midday to have a swim out of the sun, and can order food & drinks from Curve. Housekeeping serviced the rooms daily did a lovely job. Was able to get a late checkout. Laundry facilities for guests. Parking available was handy.

The shower over the bath tub and the exhaust fan might not have been working so the bathroom steamed up a lot.

Great location by the water, restaurants, swimming and a lovely long covered walk along the bay/ocean. It rains a lot! It’s a few blocks to shopping and all the aboriginal art galleries and a short Uber ride to a marvelous museum.

Outdoor pool was small and confined

I did not like the long walk from the room to the elevator. I also did not like stepping into a bath to have a shower.
