This is a more affordable option to staying in Darwin if you are prepared to drive around 20 mins to the CBD. Staff were very helpful and quickly tried to resolve any issues we had with our units. They kindly upgraded us when one issue could not be repaired. There is a large shopping centre with a good supermarket nearby.
Although comfortable, the property was a bit tired. There was some noise during the night from people shouting outside the property. There was also a very noisy vacuum blower operating early in the morning in nearby shops. We were not confident about free parking outside the property and can understand why people pay $15 a night for secure parking under the building.

I liked the cleanliness and facilities. Liked the kitchen facilities and communal free laundry facilities. close to shopping, practically in the shopping centre car park. Good steak restaurant downstairs
Felt like it was situated in the car park of shopping centre. On first floor room had lights from shopping centre car park still seeping through blockout curtains. Did not like that you could not have an extension of a 3 hour later check out without having to pay a whole night. In the end took extra 1 and half hour free late check out and went to Crocodylas zoo on way to airport with luggage to kill time. would have been happy to pay half night cost to check out later in the day

Comfortable spacious room. Good sized bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen had 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge and plates, cutlery etc for 2 people in room. Small table and desk and balcony. A communal pool downstairs with gym. Communal access to 3 industrial strength dryers and 2 working industrial strength washing machines, free for guest use
It needs some landscaping around the building as feel as those it is sitting in shopping centre car park.

Location; security within the building; bed was very comfortable
The fuse. Box set up appears to be inadequate to run all lights; and apply at the same time. Fuse pops. But. Can be reset, then need to use less lights to alleviate issue reoccurring. We stayed at the faculty 12 months ago - same issue at that time. Likely I fixable; giving buildings knowledge; so not worth reporting to staff.

I liked the fact that the hotel was fairly new with all mod cons that We’ve come to expect from Quest apartments. Although our apartment wasn’t serviced everyday it was still OK. Staff were friendly. The restaurant on-site was OK. Service was fairly good. Food was hit and miss but reasonable. Although half an hour from Darwin it was not a problem. We used public transport which was literally on our doorstep and really regular. The shopping centre was handy and convenient and the club was also close. Covid precautions were fairly well followed in the hotel which was important for us.
There was a large aboriginal presence close by which was unsettling at times and made the area unsafe after dark so we felt restricted with evening activities.

The hotel was conveniently situated for us, the staff were friendly and cleaned the bathroom & made the bed daily. The full kitchen and washing machine/dryer were great. The restaurant there was fantastic.
The shower curtain.in the bathroom was ineffective unless turned to the wall and water went all over the bathroom

Location was great for our stay, but maybe not ideal for visitors to Darwin, Very surprised by the comfort of stay
Car park entry had to be performed very quick and we nearly got caught by the gate I’m sure if it was 30mins or more either side it would have been fine, and I don’t think it’s something that should be blamed upon the property, we just happen to catch the sun in the wrong angle, which was slightly blinding and enter an underground car park which was slightly dark, obviously.

Close to shops bars and restaurants. On the edge of Darwin for outer tours like Jumping Crocodiles,Crocodylus Park,Berry Springs,The Bark Hut,Casuarina shopping centre. The bars and clubs in Darwin. The Nightcliffe and Mindle Beach Markets on Sunday and the beer can regatta. Watching State of origin at Palmerston Tavern.
The prices generally for accommodation in Darwin are very expensive this time of the year. The water temperature in the pool was freezing. The online check in was a waste of time. Catch the Saturday night bus into Darwin at your own peril. House keeping need to read the labels on the tubes like body wash instead of shampoo when replacing them. Darwin Airport is a mess .One person serving heaps of annoyed customers at the check in / bag drop desk. I wont fly Qantas to Darwin again.

Nice two bedroom apartment. Clean and modern decor. Great restaurants nearby; Cazaly's, Chinese and steakhouse downstairs. Shopping complexes within walking distance.
Secure carpark was extra $10/night but near empty, this could be first in, first served facility. This should be complementary. Area is a little concerning and rowdy after dark. Heaps of noise from people walking around at night. Thankfully we were on higher levels. Pool was freezing and thick with mozzies in area.

Very good communication, was using room for medical respite and was able to check in earlier with a dog friendly room making it a lot less stressful. Bed was super comfy being on bed rest for 12+ hours
A light was out in the main room but we notified the staff and they were happy to acknowledge it
