Check in went well, location was great could have easy gone to city in 10 mins, eat street close by 1.3 k walk but worth it.I asked for an early checkin as my partner had been travelling through the night and Shaun was able to do this for me which made a huge difference To our day so thankyou all I’m all I am very happy with the accomodation for the price I paid and would definitely come back

Lifts not working ( but really didn’t affect us on 1st floor) cleanliness of the hallway (just smelt musky which gave a bad first impression before I got in the room) two on showered falling off, glove missing one side of the bed and general cleanliness ie windows under beds etc

Location to the airport $30 each way in Black and white cabs, we had a 6am flight out. Walking distance to Woolworths, drinks and Restaurants. The room was huge and old, but very tidy and clean.

The lift wasn't working. The stairs were ok, but with two suitcases not so much. We had a front room, the noise from the traffic on the main road was loud. My husband has slept thought a cyclone, I use soft ear plugs and it was fine.

It was in a very convenient location for the airport, the staff let me check in incredibly early (in accordance to my flight arrival time) and check out very late. The pool was gorgeous and there’s a lovely smoothie shop (with a beautiful pink wall great for selfies as seen below) and a very large service station within a 2 minute walk of the property. The aircon was incredibly strong which was great and the bed was very comfortable. Very reasonably priced for the quality and location.

The elevator didn’t work and with 3 large suitcases that was a bit hard, luckily it was only 1 flight of stairs though! The balcony was quite small but enough to have some fresh air.

Tho door was open when I got there. I was a little fearful as I thought someone could have been in the room. The beds did not have mattress protectors, just a sheet on top of a mattress other people had slept on. The bathroom light flickered for the first 15 minutes after you turned it on. The shower head kept falling down and you had to prop it up against the wall to use it which meant that you couldn’t really shower properly

Close to some ammenities. Was patient RBWH In between airport and city. Near ship terminal. Some eating places in general area. 2 beds. Not claustrophobic. Older rooms but had basic facilities like private bathroom, sink. Complementary parking on site

Not real close to RBWH and hard to find or get to due to 1 way streets. Newer rooms are more expensive but half the size.

The comfortable quiet room with kitchenette and bathroom. We could hear next to no noise in spite of being near a roadway.

Just a couple of minor things like the regulation of the shower temperature and the lift. Also while this isn't the hotel's fault the suburb of Hamilton needs better public transport from the city late at night.

good location, easy walk to Eat Street, room was clean, bed was comfortable and car was under cover.

No one in the office till 10am, door entry key into building and room didn’t work this morning, had no phone on me and their phone was out of order, lucky for us a Good Samaritan came along and leant us his phone, another guy had the same trouble with his key as well.

the staff were very accommodating and did their best to meet every requirement. the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I have stayed her before and I will every time I need to stay in Brisbane. it is not a fancy hotel but it is excellent value for money and meets my needs.

Very close to the airport. Great value for money. Staff responded to request for ground floor apartment.

Staff away when we arrived so had to wait about 15/20 mins before being able to check in. Make sure you advise in advance if arriving after 5pm due to there being no staff on site

Very clean, big room, comfortable beds, balcony, aircondition, microwave and fridge, good wifi staff very friendly, close to bus stop, restaurants and shops. Great value for money, we enjoyed our stay.
