Pegasus Motor Inn and Serviced Apartments

Everything we needed. Lots of room. More than enough laundry and dishwasher soap. Large bedroom and bed and lots of pillows. Great shower and bathroom. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The hotel itself has very nice feel and facilities Overall, great room for the money. Also had two big windows to outside and very large patio with table and chairs.

The rug in the living area should be replaced with tile, couldn't close bedroom sliding doors and light switches were a bit confusing. Had to sleep with desk light on (in the bedroom) or shut off the main switch, which shut off bedside and bathroom lights

We stayed here after our return from a cruise. A short cab ride from the new Brisbane International Cruise Teminal. The property is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The site has 2 pools, a spa and a sauna, great for a relax after a day's travel.

As it was the weekend, the restaurant was not open. However, there was a great takeaway across the road that was totally adequate for our meal needs for dinner. Great fish and chips of the old style and other takeaway delights. So, it's not really a problem if you arrive on a weekend.

Location excellent for our needs. Only a 13min drive to Treasury Casino and easy access for drive to Sunshine Coast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved how the soap was in dispensers instead of little bottles. Aircon worked well and the shower was powerful. Tissues were provided in Bathroom and attached to wall for ease of use! My husband commented that the parking bays underneath, appeared bigger than many other places we have stayed. Excellent communication with easy check in details through SMS. For a budget motel, we found this place fantastic! We were happy we stayed at Pegasus for 7 nights.

Walls appear to be thin, as we could hear the TV next door loudly and laughter. That was only for 2 of the 7 nights though, so perhaps no-one was in that room for our first 5 nights. It is just unfortunate the motel rooms weren't made sound proof.

Spacious, good facilities, great location. One manager or receptionist was genuinely friendly and helpful in printing work related documents we needed which we super appreciated. Breakfast options looked fantastic.

Beds are really uncomfortable. Tv didn't have remote which made searching for the Foxtel channels etc a nuisance and to have lights work throughout the apartment the bedroom fluro stays on...not ideal when one party is still resting and other can't simply use lights in bathroom, or living areas without disturbing them unfortunately. Also one party disputed the booking fee cost and quoted much higher than I was able to stay in the 1bm apartment for via booking.com. I still went ahead using booking.com rather than as it felt they insisted upon otherwise directly so via them at Pegasus.

Rooms were clean, with kitchenette. Basic but value for money. Secure parking in basement and secure property with smart locks to all areas. We were emailed the codes to let us in after hours as we arrived at midnight. Extra blankets and pillow in wardrobe (last budget accommodation had no extra bedding and we froze all night). Definitely recommend this property.

Decent Acom with great secure on site parking. Tidy rooms and pleasant staff.

The keyless door system wasn’t up my alley, for those who don’t always have a cell phone or computer connected while travelling it seemed like a real hassle and was stressful getting lengthy emails regarding registering and checking in online. I would prefer to turn up to reception with money and ID and get checked in / given a key card or key.

The property is close to great cafe’s and restaurants. We had a room with an enclosed balcony, washing machine and dryer as well as a kitchen which was extremely useful with a special needs child.

This property is outdated, tired and not very clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and our sheets were stained. I cleaned our room and washed our bedding before using.

Good room size, plenty of parking available, great location, clean and tidy.

The fact there is no onsite reception isn’t ideal and the online checkin process didn’t work so I had to call to get the room code. Also booked and paid for a late checkout, but had housekeeping knocking on my door trying to get in before I was out, so once again communication isn’t ideal.

Very clean, great car parking and a very comfortable bed. I do like it here I feel safe as well.

There wasn’t any cutlery, plates or Bowles just two tea spoons two coffee cups and three wine glasses. And no containers for the microwave to heat up meals. I’m on a budget so I brought homemade curry. The teaspoons were hiding behind the coffee and tea so I didn’t see them till late. I was going to ring reception but I already lock myself out. So I was a bit embarrassed and stressed because of the weekend I had. I would still stay again. I’ll bring my picnic set.😆

We did not partake in their breakfast. Room was easy to find, spotlessly clean, quiet & comfortable. Book in / out was seamless. Didn't have to visit the office. Parking is so convenient under the building near our room lt was secure, l accidently left my car unlocked, it was untouched next morning. We will be back. All great
