This was a comfortable overnight stay in a budget motel style property located near Doomben railway station in a suburb about 9km from Brisbane Airport (to where an Uber cost $21). My room was clean and quiet. The bathroom and toilet were close to my room and were clean. The receptionist who checked me in recommended dinner at the bowling club across the road from the property which was good and well-priced. I was initially concerned that reception is open for quite limited hours on a Sunday but that proved not to be a problem.

Nothing to complain about.

Perfect for the kids and I, nice and close to everything but also to lots of public transport to get anywhere you need. Super Cosy, very modern feel and everything was clean and tidy.

The luggage lift was not working which made getting bags up and down the stairs with 2 small kids in tow a bit difficult.

It has a homie feel with a touch of class best describes Ascot Budget Inn . The rooms were delightful everything you need in your every own private rooms & if you want anything more Julie & staff take care of everything for you with a smile. The beautiful outdoor area comes alive at night with wonderful lights. The breakfast in the morning has everything you need fresh fruit, a variety of cereal, toast with Chilli Jam is delicious. A very happy stay, thanks everyone.

Nothing great stay definitely going back again.

This was a great place to stay the night near the airport. Everything was tidy and clean and there were great facilities including a microwave, cutlery/crockery and a nice desk to work at. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area was quiet and made it easy to get to and from the airport.

It is clsoe to a train line so in the afternoon it is a little noisy but not during the night or early morning.

Overall a really nice place to stay. Julie and all of the staff were very pleasant, helpful and on hand when needed. It felt very personal and we were well looked after. Room was clean and easily accessible. Close to a Woolworths and some other shops and not too far away on the bud from the city.

The kitchen used for all residents was small and the oven could only be used up until 8pm which is okay unless there’s 2/3 people trying to cook.

Julie the Residence Manager is a lovely lady to deal with. She was very helpful. I had my own room with t.v. and fridge, which I was very happy about. The facilities in the bedroom really gave me an opportunity to catch up and check my travel plans as I had a little desk near the wash basin. The bed had plenty of cushions and pillows and a throw on it. It was nice to see effort had been made to make it look nice. It is close to airport. Supermarket up the road.

There was some noise from cars from the street but that can’t be helped.

Great location and felt safe. Rooms very clean and comfortable - very easy to travel to city, portside, restaurants etc.

When I booked online, the site stated that I could book now to reserve the dates, and pay later. That suited me as due to COVID, I did not know whether the course I was attending Brisbane would go ahead. The next day, I got a call to say I actually had to pay the full amount That didn't press me at all - I felt very mislead.

It's very clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean and nice and have shower gel shampoo and soap and hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable and the bed Linens are so clean . It has a nice small balcony and a good microwave and small fridge and sink to wash the plates and your staff. The Aircons were amazing we used them to warm the room.

Nothing at all except the parking area,so I parked outside

Close to airport like we wanted - a little noisy with planes and trains but need to expect that being so close to things self check-in was easy and clear to follow

Car park was really tight - made for small cars only no info regarding close food places to eat stairs up to our floor - difficult and suitcases had to be placed in a luggage lift - hard when we had to sort everything to fly next morning

The host Julie was a genuinely considerate, friendly and caring woman. She accommodated all of our needs and even gave us fresh milk to put in our tea. The room was super clean & decorated in really nice black, white & red stylish furnishings. First impressions were "Oh, this room is really nice!" Price was very cheap for Brisbane accommodation. It included breakfast & was close to shopping centres, airport & city. Overall, a great stay.
