Domain Serviced Apartments

The location was perfect, surrounded by different restaurants, not far from the airport and the city or Fortitude Valley. Perfect place to chill. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were so comfortable, as many hotels that's one thing that I find is not so comfortable. A very friendly neighborhood. The check in and out of the hotel was without any fuzz and was so easy to do. The apartments were peaceful and relaxing. Loved it.

No balcony, just a window, but that's the only fault I could find. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Mum & 2 kids had a studio apt with extra foldout bed. Plenty of space for what we needed. Screened windows for letting fresh air in (it was cool enough for no air con). Very spacious bathroom. Everything spotless clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location on Racecourse Rd excellent for necessities & restaurant/ cafe options within walking distance.

If you want brand new and chic design this isn't the place for you but everything perfectly functional and comfortable.

Exactly what we were looking for for 7 people. As we were all women on reunion weekend it would have been good to have had the option to pull the Queen beds apart & then we would have had 7 single beds and not had to share.

Unfortunately on the Friday night we were in a blackout situation. The grid in Ascot went down. A’s everything is electronic we were left waiting outside for around an hour before someone came to let us into the fire escape and our room. They did give us a torch which was much appreciated. The car though remained outside all night as it was too late for us to go back outside and bring it into the underground garage.

Property was large and very spacious. It was also very clean and tidy. Shop directly accross the road. Great location for an early morning airport run.

We arrived at night and found it a bit overwhelming with the check in process. Travelling with children and trying to figure out the correct codes was not ideal. It would have been nice to meet someone or at least have clearer instructions.

Fantastic location. Supermarket, cafe, bottle shop, chemist etc across the road. More cafe's and restaurants within 50 metres. Very pretty street with all the street trees lit up. Close to airport, hire car depots and the M1 for quick access for a trip north. Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment with lovely outside area which exceeded our expectations. Easy level access to lobby then elevator to floors with apartments. Nice underground parking area for 1 car per apartment.

Great location in Hamilton, we had easy access to all shopping & cafes. Very clean apartment & spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. My only concern was the very sensitive smoke detectors located throughout the apartment. Great to have smoke detectors in each room but worried that the bathroom one would go off with the bathroom steam.

Smoke detectors in the bathroom and laundry. Fans in these rooms didn't seem to be working. Constantly worried the kids would set off the alarms from the steam and dryer.

We were lucky enough to stay at the higher level. Nice and spacious apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The apartment is right opposite to Coles Ascot which makes it very convenient to buy grocery. I also enjoy my morning walks along the river. The location is excellent for commuting on ferries and buses. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Maybe add more cutlery for the kitchen.

The whole apartment was beautifully designed. The big doors that open out to the balcony, gorgeous. No contact check in and out. Paid before we arrived and codes were flawless, which for most places is usually a problem somewhere along the way. Access to shops, right across the road. All around perfect

Need bigger mugs for the coffee and a few more pods for the machine. And if that's all, that's still pretty good.

Immaculate property, well managed by Cameron who actually was in his office when I arrived. I was in a 1 bedroom apartment for 6 nights over Christmas. Apartment was gleaming, very nicely appointed, exceedingly quiet and comfortable. Had no problems with my entry code to get access to the property and my room. Domestic Staff also on top of their game. About 300 metres to Eagle Farm Racecourse & walking distance to Doomben Racecourse also. Public transport just outside front of property. The manager Cameron is a hands on top chap, well organised and across everything & made me feel very welcome and my stay a good one. In the words of General Douglas MacArthur I shall return. Thank you Cameron.

Nothing really for what I wanted. If there is anything there was only the normal digital channels and no Foxtel. Just a basic package of channels would have been nice to supplement the usual terrible offerings that is free to air TV. Nevertheless, I had a good book which saw me through. Perhaps a couple more cooking pots would have been handy also.

The staff who make up the rooms are very nice and do an amazing job in making up the rooms. After hours availability is great, we arrived after hours and relied on management sending code for entry. They were prompt and reassuring

There was nothing I didn't like. A neighbour in the flats next door was doing renovations late at night but that's nothing to do with Domain apartments
