The rooftop pool was amazing. Disappointed it closed at 9pm though - that’s fairly early especially for grown adults.

The construction and constant police sirens, although I was warned ahead of time about this so I didn’t mind. The two different towers were also confusing, having to walk through the under ground car parks just to get to the other towers elevator.

The room itself was absolutely lovely, the beds were super comfy and the view was stunning. The staff member we dealt with in person was lovely.

It took us about 30 mins to check in, our key tags wouldn’t work!! Could only use certain lifts 🤦🏻‍♀️ our little getaway started off super stressful even the kids were stressed out. The parking was super confusing, they had stickers that said parking for clixx customers so I parked in one than came down a few hours later to find a note saying I can’t park there!!! It was super confusing and extremely frustrating I had to call at least 5 different times and everytime I got someone different and most of them didn’t speak English so didn’t understand what I was trying to explain about the parking. So it wasn’t the easiest check in and I was worried my car would get towed, even tho I paid for parking.

Beautiful convenient location close to the station, supermarket, direct to airport train. Lots of cafés around. The apparent itself is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is spectacular as half of Brisbane is visible. Nice and comfortable stay. Very easy and quick automatic check-in process and key drop off, perfect instructions provided.

Staff was pretty fussy with providing a baby cot saying "subject of availability" till the check-in date. No soap holders or liquid soap, so the soap bar has to swim inside the sink. Using sheets instead of a duvet cover makes it not hygienic and messy to sleep. Freezing cold water in the rooftop pool makes it impossible to swim and enjoy in September. Maybe in the middle of summer it is nice.

Nice size 3 bedroom apartment. Good views and quiet considering it is inner fortitude valley. Close to grocery shops too.

There was not enough glasses to accommodate the number of people. 2 wine glasses and 3 champagne is not enough for a 3 bedroom apartment. In peak check in time the cleaners where monopolized the only lifts and we where trying to get down to the foyer from the 7th floor (bride, Bridesmaids x 3 and parents). The bride asked if they would mind getting out so that we could get to waiting car to be transported to the wedding unfortunately they refused. Not very customer focused. There was also a foyer full of people trying to check in and get up to their rooms, they where also held up due to the cleaners in the lifts.

Apartment is located in the heart of the Fortitude Valley, with easy access to trains and buses if needed. And walking distance to the Fortitude Music Hall, which was the appeal for us. The apartment had a spacious living/kitchen areas and the bedrooms were comfortable with lots of space to store luggage. The bathrooms had basic ammenities and were modern and really spacious which was a huge bonus. The self check-in process was also super easy to navigate as was being able to organise parking prior to check in.

This is no fault of the property but I would recommend that if you are a light sleeper to bring earplugs as there is currently construction going on next door, and I personally found at times the street noise seemed to really be amplified despite being on the 7th floor.

Great location, handy to transport, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. Fresh and clean, with modern decor and appliances, but is still inviting. Lovely pool area with an amazing view. Wish our stay could've been extended to enjoy the apartment for a little longer. Comfortable beds. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

There was only enough supply of garbage bags and detergent for 1 day, we stayed for 2 days. A more extensive supply of kitchen utensils and a cheese platter would've been appreciated. Block out blinds in the bedrooms would be nice. Minor criticisms that wouldn't stop us from staying at this accomodocation again.

The location was perfect for our trip. Walking distance to everything and everywhere we needed to go. The living area was very spacious. Facilities were also very good.

The checkin process. All done through a machine but it was simple. I am still waiting for my $203 hold to be released and it’s been 8 business days. I did read in the reviews that this part was going to be difficult. The area is very loud as there are multiple clubs around the complex but I had also read this in the reviews so I was expecting it.

Great location for our party of 3 adults. Just around the corner from Fortitude Valley Train Station. We were on 18th floor and views were amazing even with an apartment building directly opposite the main living area. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was lovely and clean. Was great having 2 showers. Views from the pool deck on the 27th floor were great too. Pool was a bit fresh to swim in but looked very appealing. Alfred Street is a quiet side street so much easier to get picked up and dropped off.

Nothing that springs to mind. We were only there one night and didn't need to use kitchen facilities beyond the kettle and cups.

The location is great, literally around the corner from Fortitude Valley train station. Clean, tidy and great little balcony, it was a shame the weather was cold when we stayed as we’d love to have used it more.

Was slightly confusing figuring out the way through the car park to the room after arriving after hours but nothing to worry about. There is construction at the base of the adjoining building but we couldn’t hear a thing. Door to the bedroom won’t close because it stops at the base of the bed.

The rooms were very nice, my favourite was the walk-in robe to the bathroom in the main bedroom. The apartment was cosy and was great for what we needed. We stayed for an event with 3 adults and a 4 year old... I wouldn't recommend having a 4 year old in the valley as there is nothing to do, but she enjoyed the lifts, the construction crane and worker who gave her a toot and wave and pool area and the subway travels, so it was doable.

I didn't like the fact there wasn't a reception with actual staff to help me check in. I had problems with my check-in number and had to call the help line for further assistance. She was lovely, but she nearly couldn't help me until we figured it out. Also, the water system. I don't know what's happened, but it's very hard to find a good temperature it's either way too hot or cold to shower in and takes probably about 10 mins to find a happy medium. The main bedroom mattress was 2 single beds pushed together, which was a bit annoying, but that was mainly my partners complaint.
