Location was great. Staff were super friendly. They even helped us with a little bit of sight seeing ideas. They were super responsive with any issues. A very comfortable apartment with every thing available for a family’s needs.

There was nothing not it like. But just two things that could have been better. Our bathroom tap was not working when we arrived in our apartment though the staff were prompt to get it fixed the next morning as soon as I reported it. Secondly, parking was available for a price though would have liked it to be inclusive of the price of the stay.

Good location for walking access to Brisbane River attractions and city. Easy to get in and out with by car for appointments and shopping further afield. Has a terrific cafe at lobby entrance. Spacious apartment with laundry on roomy balcony and an area inside for setting up the laptop for work.

A bit short on standard kitchen utensils - cooking and manual cleaning; but what is there is clean and useful. Living area carpet has a few unslightly spot stains so might need cleaning or replacement.

We went to a concert at Fortitude Valley Music Hall. It was a quick walk over so location was great. Was even better for the walk home.

I didn't like that a security deposited needed to be charged to a credit card and I wasn't told before hand. There was not enough left on my credit card so I needed to use my sisters card. The money is taken out as pending, I was not told when it would be returned. I called today ask when and told that it could be up to 7 business days, depending on her bank. Now she has no groceries so is poopy with me! This is something you should verbalise.

Excellent location - walk to ferry, train station, EKKA, pubs, city. 1br apartment was spacious with large rooms. Nice balcony to sit outside. Bed was comfortable.

Really noisy fridge - mentioned it on leaving. Room was clean but bathroom had mould in shower and toilet. Oven was dirty from another user and was not cleaned when we complained.

The hotel is at a perfect location. only 1.5km away from city central. Also, the traffic is convenient that train station and bus stop just around the hotel. All the things in the room are clean and new. You can relax and enjoy it.

As my view, the car park instruction could be more clear. The sign of the car park entrance is not that easy to see. It may miss the entrance.

Would 100% recommend improving your instructions on where to go for checkin. Some screenshots off Google maps of the “ Visitor parking” next door would work amazing as I did get lost and found myself reversing up backup the wrong driveway.

Great, helpful staff, and a handy location, comfortable and spacious. We arrived after hours but the lockbox pickup instructions worked fine.

There was an unpleasant freshlooking set of stains on the couch, so we avoided it. There were only two towels provided for 3 people.

I loved the apartment itself, it was really clean and tidy and the size of the apartment was great. It was also in a great location close to popular bars and clubs which was ideal. The outdoor space was also nice.

When we arrived the key fob did not work so we had to wait to be given a new one and could not get into our apartment straight away. However, staff was quick to help and provide the new keys even after hours. There also wasn’t an elevator in the car park which surprised me.
