Our room was well appointed and quiet. The view of the river was great. The location was superb. Breakfast was awesome, the chef cooking the eggs was exceptional and very friendly. The valet staff were fantastic.

One of the main reasons I booked the hyatt was due to the fact it had a pool but I was incredibly disappointed as we were unable to use it as it was shut for a private function. I feel you should communicate this to gusts before they stay as it was actually the number one reason we stayed here. We decided to eat dinner in the restaurant one night for convenience but after sitting for 20 minutes without service we decided to leave and eat elsewhere, I don't think the staff even noticed we had left.

Great location, right near everything and easy to walk to EVERYTHING!! As usually with every Hyatt I’ve been to exceptional staff.

TV was very glitchy. I don’t watch much TV whilst on vacation, but it’s good to unwind sometimes after a long day out. It was disappointing.

Great location close to the river, Southbank and the Botanical Garden. The room was nice and comfortable with an excellent air conditioner as it was warm outside. The bed was good and the TV was large with the ability to stream Netflix using my iPhone. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The gym although small and with limited equipment was ok for a quick workout.

At night the location was a bit rough with a few drunk/homeless people just outside the front door. The hotel's colour scheme, hallways and rooms were not to my taste, making it look old.

Have no complaints about the staff or room and bed. I did report an issue upon arrival with a broken toilet seat which was not rectified but it didn't bother me for the duration of my stay which was only one night and I am sure it would have been fixed.

I was a bit stressed upon arrival as I had a car and had to come in through a very strange people verses car lane. I think some information about that situation would have been handy as I then would have expected the entry difficulty. I also think if you are staying in the hotel the car parking could have been less expensive.

As I went for an STA/NDIS trip and my bed was very comfortable. Location was ok. Not easy to find though, but the staff was very helpful on the phone on the directions. Staff was very helpful, and kind, and they made sure our stay was pleasent for us. Food was amazing and very affordable. Very clean

We had the disabled room. Very clean but the bed is not very friendly for a person in a wheelchair to hop into the bed. No hand rail to get into bed. Bathroom was great but you only have 1 hand rail going beside the toilet. For a person in a wheelchair most people are in need of 2 handrails beside the toilet to support ourselves, not against the wall - as thast is not very helpful.

Ideal location for Queen St mall and Myer Centre. Parking - convenient in the Myer Centre $35 per day or valet parking $60 per day Room well appointed. Bed comfortable. Staff polite Restaurant and bar adjacent to hotel reception

No written information on how to operate the TV screen, no info on how to find TV programs, no info on how to contact reception or use phone. No indication of cost of room service. A staff member wanted to check the contents of the mini bar after I was settled in the room - should have been done before. Multi use containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The first room we were check into was right next to the lift. I was there for the Brisbane marathon and needed a good night sleep. Being a Saturday night in Brisbane with the possibility of people coming in late at night / early hours of the morning had me concerned, fortunately the staff were able to move us to a very quiet room that was spacious, comfy bed and perfect for what we needed for our stay. Overall a great location, you step out onto Queen Street Mall in the city & walking distance to Botanic Gardens & Southbank precinct. Friendly accomodating staff.

The room closest to the lifts, a little noisy with lift & people entering and exiting. We were lucky and able to move rooms.

The hotel has everything you need for a weekend stay. The location is fantastic, and nothing short of perfect. The room is enough and bed comfortable. The configuration of the room is odd with double doors to the bathroom, but this quirky feature isn't a game changer, just something to giggle at.

There is not much to dislike about this hotel. We did not use the gym or pool, but everything else met our expectations.

The location of this property is ideal. Close to just about everything. Pool area and bar is lovely and on my stay not over crowded. Rooms are small but very comfortable and spotless

Would have generally driven and taken advantage of the valet parking, but was advised that the car park was full. Instead of using the alternative parking offered (Was not sure how secure it would be), we caught the train and it was a very short walk from cental station. Did find it odd that there was no top sheet on the bed, and when I asked about this, I was questioned as to if I had requested one??? Found that a bit strange, however due to this, my small purchase in the bar was complimentary - so I was happy about that.
