Excellent stay for a night playing in Brisbane. All the comforts - comfortable bed and sheets, nice fluffy towels, excellent pillows. I really appreciated the kindness of reception staff for acknowledging a little mistake and repairing with a free hot brekky for my daughter and I. And the breakfast was delicious!!! Also the coffee was great. The roof top pool was really nice also. All in all a very pleasant and rewarding stay. I think the price is very fair for and affordable for a lovely stay. Like the way it ensures comfort and pleasure for those who are not in the 1%! Well Done.

The lifts and accessibility definitely need work. I think this may divert people from coming back. Luckily I enjoy using stairs for cardio. Also need more lounging chair’s around the pool and maybe another cabana. People want to lie back around the pool. A little shade also would not go astray.

Really functional rooms that were excellent for work trips. Appreciated the full length mirror, excellent natural lighting, inbuilt ring light make-up mirror, good workspace, wireless chargers and numerous plug points and USB ports. Nice café with stunning river views where you can sit and go over work documents. Staff were also really helpful with printing out stuff.

The air con in my room made a soft rattling sound when amped up. This was ok for me as I don't have trouble sleeping, but may annoy light sleepers. The shower tap in my room had the labels for hot and cold water swapped around, which also confused me a little.

Possibly a bit over priced. The staff was great but on our 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 6.45 and we followed the evacuation procedures, there was no staff giving any direction and then we was just left sitting outside in the cold and not kept up to date on when we could go back inside. They couldn’t help the alarm but probably do a bit more education around evacuation procedures as one of the staff members remained on the computer during evacuation.

Our room was on the 8th floor with a great view over the river. We were high enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem, however it may be noisier if on a lower floor. We appreciated the desk in our room as we had to do some work. Breakfast was very generous and included in the cost of our room. One of the lifts was out of commission which meant some long waits for a lift at busy times. I had a very good coffee at Kraft & Co.

Lift was out of order. The mattress had a hard ridge around the edge.

We had an excellent view of the Brisbane River from our room, with landmarks lit up for Christmas. The beds were nice and firm with a good choice of both firm and soft pillows. The Samsung television was equipped with Chromecast facilities Staff were friendly and there was a games room with (paid) arcade games and free table tennis. Parking was conveniently located next to the hotel. The Queen Street Mall is about ten minutes walk.

The shower needed a door to stop the water running out over the rest of the bathroom. There is no lift access to the car park. Many spots in the carpark are reserved and it could be a bit tricky parking a larger car. It is a bit of a walk to eat anywhere other than at the hotel.

Brilliant location on the river, close to Ann and Queen Street. Great views, funky stylish decor, comfortable spacious suite. Breakfast is fantastic with so many choices. Kraft & Co in the foyer is great for a cocktail or catch up with friends. We didn't use it but carpark right next door is a plus. Will definitely stay again.

No cutlery or wine glasses in the room. One of the lifts was undergoing maintenance which meant a fair wait sometimes.

We travelled from Singapore and had a layover in Melbourne for 10 hours! when we reached the hotel, my daughter and I just wanted to get some proper rest and shower but we arrived too early for the check in time. The front staff, Neesha, was very accommodating and gave us a room on the spot. The property was walking distance to Queen Street and South Bank. Free breakfast was fantastic!

There was a lot of roadworks around the area but you can manage by walking!

Great buffet breakfast choice for someone who is gluten intolerant like me. Gym facilities were clean and spacious - not crammed in like some hotels. Room was clean, with plenty of amenities. The bed & pillows were also comfy. Walking distance to Queen Street Mall and The Museum/Southbank.

Not the hotels fault, but there is a lot of road work occurring in the area which could be cumbersome if you’re driving in the city for the first time.

Great location. Most staff friendly, except one.

Air conditioning didn't work, stayed at 24C all night, very uncomfortable sleep. Staff changed the room next day, upgraded the room with whistling toilet whenever you flushed it. They gave us 2 drink vouchers for the trouble, but when I went to claim the drinks, a rude and unapologetic staff made it clear that I can't have the red wine I like (wasn't even expensive), but rather the one she chooses for us. The voucher stated clear that I can choose from drinks available at bar. So I politely gave her both vouchers and left without a drink.

The location was great, the facilities were great and the complimentary drink was a nice added touch. The air-conditioning not working (as per below) was somewhat annoying by they compensated us with a complimentary breakfast for our four person family, so that was appreciated. The staff were also helpful throughout.

The air conditioning in our original room wasn’t working so that it was a bit of a nescience to have to move rooms with two small children.
