I arrived late in the evening. An after hours Night Supervisor is in residence and I was greeted very friendly. Check-in was very fast. I liked the spacious and well-appointed One Bedroom Superior Apartment at the moment I entered. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. In the morning I enjoyed the European style continental breakfast but it's really much more than that it includes cereal, toast, fruit, but also scrambled or boiled eggs, sausages and bacon. A big thank you to all employees: reception, housekeeping and the ladies in the breakfast room. I miss you already. Ingrid

What a great find, Manor Apartments comes with all the extras included and not the price tag of a fancier, more modern soulless hotel. No need for a car as you are literally in the centre of it all, then add complimentary breakfast including both full hot and continental options, and combine it with super spacious rooms plus friendly helpful staff at a very affordable price making it one of the best places we have stayed at in a price range above what we have paid before for similiar. 100% recommended.

Nothing really. Upgraded rooms to a more modern aesthetic would push the price up and is not necessary. Everything is of a good quality standard, just dated by style

Older building with lovely fit out. The breakfast team are lovely while they serve a basic but filling breakfast. Our room had an unexpected aircon leak and the reception team where incredibly quick to resolve it alongside an honest apology. Pillows and bedding very comfortable and would stay here again.

Parking was a little walk to access. Not immediately under the building like some hotels but only a 3minute walk to the basement of the shopping centre. Only avoid if you have stacks of luggage or need assistance.

location near the shopping mall, Post Office, taxi rank park , restaurants even medical centre on the lower level of the building. rooms were immaculate. we had a lovely studio room and a two bedroom room unit with two bathrooms with kitchen and washing machine and drier. Staff are very helpful. it’s a great place to stay to attend function in the city and for business. It’s a 10 for me.

The breakfast room a bit full that morning. I think they did not expect they will be a lot of guests having breakfast there all at the same time. No complaints about the breakfast. They need a bit a bigger room. Heard they do serve lovely hearty breakfast so they are gaining popularity extra space.

We had Room 631b, which was spacious and comfortable. We liked that the sleeping area was quite separate from the TV/lounge area. The double glazed windows were good, but even better was the fact that they could be opened! (We do not particularly like air conditioning.) As always the breakfast was very good!

The shower area was somewhat cramped & a little difficult to enter & exit, but we managed.

We loved the charm of this property, the location, and the free breakfast. the concierge was very helpful and friendly and it was a great location for our family holiday.

The breakfast was fantastic, and we were so grateful it was included in the price. I did notice however if you picked the wrong time the breakfast room was a little jam packed and on one day one of the ladies (dark-haired lady) serving was unhappy/overwhelmed and she spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand. She slammed the food down on the counter a little hard to the point were I thought the glass counter might break. She had given us the eggs whilst the bacon cooked, I had to also wait for gluten-free bread so the eggs were cold by the time the rest of the meal arrived, so this detracted from our experience. One couple were also clearly taking advantage, ordered multiple of each menu item and clearly took “leftovers” away with them.

Friendly staff, understanding when we arrived early and able to store our bags. Reception were able to let us know when our room was cleaned and ready. Location is perfect, very central and a short walk from central station (great if you come straight from the airport). Breakfast was a full English breakfast + continental options - more than enough to get a good start to the day. Rooms were clean and quiet, no sound from elevators.

Rooms were a little dated, shower doesn't have a door so the bathroom would often get a little wet which can be inconvenient due to semi-frequent servicing of the room. Would be nice to have a microwave as well, but happy to have a fridge with freezer compartment.

Found room a little small to start with (for an apartment!), but we got used to it. Once we got our bearings, found the location to be good - an easy walk from Central Station after SkyTrain from airport. Breakfast Room very pleasant and staff there very helpful. Also found all people staffing Reception Desk to be friendly and helpful and able to answer all questions. Security for entry was appreciated.

Taps in shower not easy to access under hot shower. For an apartment, we would have expected plates as well as cutlery, glasses & coffee mugs. Shampoo and Skin Lotion containers set too high for small people to access (specially if you have limited access to arms ('cause of broken arm.)

a little gem in the heart of Brisbane. The gentlemen at the checkin was lovely, helped with luggage and handed us the keys and explained everything. The rooms were cosy and the breakfast in the morning was put together with love and it was like you are sitting in someone's family room. It reminded me a lot of the old lovely guesthouses in Europe where the mam' of the house brings you a breakfast for your morning start. Lovely.

The young 'lady' at the checkout was extremely rude and we asked if could leave our luggage on the trolley to get the car. She said not for long and could clearly see that my wife and myself (walking with a crutch) needed some help.

The Manor has character being an older building. The room felt homely & bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary, there was lots to choose from & it tasted great. Great location right on Queen Street & a short walk to the mall. Compared to other accommodation in the area I found this one to be great value for the star rating. Others had low stars but were dearer.

Room smelt a bit funky when we first walked in but was a bit expected as they were fully booked the whole weekend due to a concert in town. Although they could have opened some windows to air it out. Shower had visible mould. Ducted air con was set to 22C & was not cold at all.
