The view from the room along the Brisbane River was good; the room was well sized and everything worked as it should; the bed was comfortable as we're the two easy chairs provided in the room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and we liked the fact that they were willing to hold our bags for two days. Several venues located nearby serve breakfast and there is also a Woolworth Metro for food items. Roma Street Station is close by.

There was nowhere in the bathroom to stand anything; the gaps either side of the sink could be bridged to provide for shaving and teeth cleaning items . Also, the shower head appeared not to have been cleaned for some time.

Only 800m walk to suncorp stadium where we watched the footy game. Nice staff.

I wasn't told upon check in that I would be charged $32 per night for parking. I got told when I checked out that the parking money will come out of the $100 security deposit they took when I checked in, I wasn't happy about not being told about the parking charge. The underground parking is HORRIBLE, way way to tight & narrow, carparks are so skinny too. The bathroom door & walls had all hand prints on them which made it look dirty. I would never stay here again due to these reasons.

Excellent apartment with self catering. Clean and good location

Automatic credit surcharge of 3.5% diners card and not mentioned in original booking total . This is breach of AAC as EFTOPS and credit card is only the payment and property is not accept cash . Book through booking.com and original total was different to bank statement . Then property sent me another invoice with credit card surcharge of nearly AUD 19. They should marked this in the original booking as per AAC guild line for advertising amex/diner club surcharges. Advertising percentage diner club charges is breach .

My husband and I stayed here because we had to get a train from Brisbane station at 5am the following morning and this was the closest hotel that looked nice as well. We weren't dissapointed, it nice, clean room and hotel We were there on a Sunday and we are from Sydney, where this hotel is located( we worked out later) is in the business district of Brisbane and nothing was open on Sunday 3pm around us. We realised everything is over the bridge and much further away from where we were. If you're going for a holiday i would suggest stay closer to the attractions/restaurants as there is not much around for tourists where this hotel is located.

Location, far from restaurants, attractions. Nothing open on Sunday afternoon close to tge hotel.

From the first contact at Reception in the Lobby nothing was a problem and the on Duty Staff member she was professionally brilliant and has a great personality to match. I asked about extra parking for a friend who stayed and she sorted it out for me when my friend arrived. The view from Room 215 was brilliant. We even had evacuation excitement however that was controlled and no one panicked. It was a good Cardio work out down 21 flights.

Only the passage of information to return to the room. Other than that my stay was faultless.

Great view of the river, comfy living area, microwave/convection oven, plenty of crockery and glassware, dishwasher, safe. Room was serviced every day. Key card access to each floor. Hand sanitiser provided at lifts and in bathroom. Easy walk into town, and to supermarket. Great proximity to arts centre and library.

Rain style shower made it difficult to feel like I'd washed properly. No change provided for laundry - take your own one dollar coins. King size bed was two singles put together, with the resultant ridge in the middle of the bed, and both mattresses could do with replacing. Otherwise, all good!

Came up for the rugby league weekend and loved every minute of it. Hotel is literally 10 minutes from the ground and easy to find the bed was amazing had 3 absolutely amazing sleeps the lounge area was good the kitchen and table made it feel like a home away from home …definitely coming back

For some reason little bugs were coming out of the basin in the kitchen on the Friday night I put soapy water down the sink and they disappeared for the rest of the weekend

The overall apartment and bedroom were both spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The views were amazing looking up and down the Brisbane river by day and by night. The hotel was only 10 minutes from Roma Street station to catch the train to the airport.

The air conditioning in the living room was very cold and it was difficult to adjust the temperature so I turned it off. The restaurant wasn't operating due to change of ownership, so one has to go out to a restaurant or shops to buy food

The room was on a great floor with a view, we have stayed many times before but never had a view like this one, it was great, will ask for this one again. The bed was so comfy and big, and the shower was a good size. Service was a bit under what we normally receive but the gentleman redeemed himself after meeting the second time and becoming more friendly. We have already booked our next stay. Thank you

We liked the location and view. Secure carpark. We liked the room we were moved into after rejecting a terrible room.

Our initial room smelled like mold and had wet carpet. It was tiny and run down too. We were moved into a much nicer room that we loved. I didn't like the coin operated laundry that only takes $1 coins, not given by the desk. A sign advises guests to get change from their bank, which is not helpful at night or on weekends!
