The kitchen sink with washing up amenities was pleasant received. Clean cupboard with cutlery and crockery. Comfortable bed. Towel rail sufficiently wide for 2 towels. Hand rail in toilet and shower were appreciated. Nice shower rose.

Heavy mould around the bottom of the shower. A spray of bleach would get rid of that. Where was the spare toilet paper? In the clothes cupboard, not on the toilet cistern which would have been the obvious place. One little piece of soap for 2 people for 2 days? Not enough. No servicing of the room on the second day. One bed castor should be under the bed, not sticking out for a toe to be stubbed against it.

Great motel. Was given a family room despite not booking one. The space of the room was great particularly when it was not expected. Great to see that each room had its own little carport for your car

Fantastic staff very helpful.

T.V remote didn't work, even with new batteries. You had to turn off/on manually, which was quite hard,as buttons didn't do what they were supposed to. Turned it off at wall socket. TV's need to be upgraded. Wi-Fi sketchy.

The access is great car undercover each unit has own drive on to street Room has been renovated tastefully good ac and very comfortable bed Good sound insulation too Highly recommended

Nothing to dislike

clean, comfortable, quiet, staff are lovely, I could check in late at 8.30pm due to travel, car park, location is great, close to nice places to eat (Oodies, taverns, Bella M Pizza & pasta, sushi, cornets supermarket). Comfortable bed.

You can park your car right outside the room and it's undercover parking. Not all motels have undercover parking.

There was a lingering cigarette smell in the room. It was not strong, but it was there.

The room was clean and had all the facilities to make for a comfortable stay. Location was great due to being close to local hotels, riverside areas and food outlets. Easy access to main road to cross the river. Really liked the easy access to the roomy shower. Some motels have tiny shower cubicles or bathtubs that you have to climb in and out of at your own risk. No problem here.

Traffic noise at peak times. Other than that there was nothing else that I didn't like.

Staff made us feel welcome by offering advice on where to find the nearest restaurant and asked if we were comfortable with our room.

Getting renovated but will be going back

Don't judge a book by its cover. Rooms were clean and well presented. Great for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

Lights in the car park are very bright and are on all night. Shine into rooms over the curtains.

Expensive for a motel .could do with a little more tlc but I understand that there has been an effort to upgrade the units
