The room was much bigger than we expected and had a full size fridge, which was very handy, and was spotlessly clean. Our room also backed straight onto the pool area, but was positioned in a way that it was very quiet. Beautiful garden areas created a perfect wall against the noise of the traffic on the main road. We didn't even notice the traffic. Our room had a queen and single bed, and still had plenty of room to walk around. The air-conditioning was nice and cold, and we were surprised to find that the air-con had been turned on earlier, so when we opened the door it was already cool in the room. It was a hot day, so that was really lovely. The staff were friendly and always helpful.

The TV didn’t work if you didn’t have login’s for the apps. Didn’t want to use my own log in. No instructions on how to watch normal TV. There were some plates in the room but no cutlery.

The manager was very pleasant and friendly and the room was clean but very basic and a little bit tired. Room has tea/coffee facilities, but nothing else. They have a motel next door I believe is part of the same chain where they have the restaurant - ordered a rare steak that was charcoaled.

Even though your close to the main road I didn't actually hear the road noise as the neighbours were quite noisy with music playing most of the night. (I was going to complain but at times they had decent music playing).

This is a great pitstop for an overnighter on the way to Mackay from Brisbane. I was able to do a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate me very well. The room was very clean and the facilities were well maintained.

the room was very big and very clean. it had everything we needed. the parking was large and undercover. the staff was very happy and lovely.

we had a room next to the road and it was very noisy during the day which made it hard to rest in the afternoon after a long drive. but the noise didn’t bother me at night as there wasn’t a lot of traffic

amazing! very comfortable definitely will stay again :)

Chef was out sick so no meals or breakfast available at our time of stay :) pool was abit dirty but not the end of the world, there was also no sink or oven in our room but that was to be expected.

It was very cheap and had an additional single bed in the room for our toddler.

It’s nothing fancy, old and a bit dated. But was clean and did the job for one night. Beds are never very comfortable at such price points.

there’s nothing not to like it’s perfect I had a wonderful stay there for 14 days/nights and it will be my only choice when visiting Bunderberg

Clean, comfortable and great bathrooms. It’s close to a bigger street but you don’t notice it since the layout with several interior courtyards makes it private and calm.

We loved the location, the cleanliness off the room and my Son loved the pool! Staff was very lovely and helpful when needing to book another night
