We booked the family room, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. One double bed two singles. I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who made me feel very welcome 😊 Parking was easy and out the front, when we got to the room you could tell it was freshly cleaned all the bedding and bed was so comfortable. There was a standard fridge and cutlery, toaster etc which was great if you wanted to eat in. Everything electric worked with no issues, the bathroom was lovely and clean. It had a good wifi connection lol. teenagers that's all they are worried about. Blockout blinds if you are someone who needs that to sleep. The noise level was great we had another family next door and could hear a bit of noise but that's kids. There was no road noise etc. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

There was nothing we didn't like we had a great stay and felt well rested.

Value for money. Reception service was super polite and friendly. The room was as pictured and had netflix compatible casting options. There is a nice pool and restaurant on site, under shelter parking. Option to not have room tidy respected

Very minor. The linen sheets were present but the quilt between them was missing for some reason. The ice cube trays were not ready upon entering the room. The milk that was complimentary was expired. I also noted one biscuit for a couple room. Very small details

Room was clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable, room was up to date. Staff were lovely, informative and welcoming. Breakfast was good, I had the continental and was all good quality food. Convenient location I would recommend to others and stay again

The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner unfortunately on the evening I was there so I couldn’t rate the evening meal food but the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and setting. It was a bit noisy, near a main road and got woken by other guests leaving early as the parking is directly outside the rooms but this is out of owners control.

Takalvan Motel was outstanding in all respects. It’s location was close to the hospital we attended and not far from the CBD. It had an on-site restaurant for breakfasts and dinners which was good value. My husband had just been discharged from hospital and the manager and staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable. The room had been renovated to a high standard and was very clean.

Nothing, it was all great.

The location was perfect. Central to everything, this made it an easy access to any destination. Staff was very friendly and always made sure that I was very comfortable during my stay. My room was spotless could not find any fault. The cleanliness is top quality, and would recommend Takalvan Motel to be first preference to anyone who's looking for accommodation in Bundaberg. Thank you to all staff, they do an excellent job and a special thank you to the Manager Noleen who's willing do anything to make you comfortable during your stay.

The room was very clean, smelt fresh. The fact that there is a restaurant onsite is great as well. Ample offstreet undercover parking in a quiet location.

There was no coverlette on the bed to keep the sheets clean - just my personal preference. There were blankets but alittle tired looking and extremely difficult to get the door unlocked/opened even though they had recently had some maintenance on them.

The location was convenient, room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus and room was ready when we arrived early. The cleaning staff were very helpful advising us the quickest way to get to the oval.

We couldn’t find the wifi password in the room and no paperwork was given when we arrived. We only stayed one night & was back at the room after reception was already closed to ask, wasn’t a big deal, couldn’t fault anything else.

The staff were amazing, no request was too difficult, so friendly and we enjoyed our daily conversations.

Very small downside was that there was only one washing machine that guests shared with the poor staff trying to get motel linens washed. It took all day to get two loads of washing done.

Customer service was excellent Cleaning service was excellent Plenty of parking Booking was very easy even when I maxed out withdrawal for the day,they were very understanding and allowed me to pay the following morning. I booked a room for my uncle and even though they arrived late into Bundaberg they held the room without payment and left spare keys in allocated area for late night pick up I've never encountered that level of trust and service where they'll give you a room and allow you to pay the following day.

Lovely comfortable

We stayed for 6 nights in a small one room with a bathroom room then one night in a much bigger with a kitchen and dining room . As we stayed so long why weren’t we put on in the bigger room so we could have used the kitchen ?
