The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Close to the shops. As we stayed over christmas we didn't have our rooms serviced (we were given plenty of notice about this) but the staff were more than happy to give us more towels when we requested. The kids loved the fact there was a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

It was close to a large shopping Centre and not far from the town Centre and was quiet. Provided us with what we needed for a short stay. Will probably stay here again if in Bundaberg again. Friendly and obliging staff and very helpful with any requests. Thank you

We were happy with everything.

Great location, just half a block to grab breakfast/lunch/tea. Beautiful view, reasonable price, great for our needs - attending sons wedding. Not far from the venue and wedding location. Able to walk to the venue - Surf Life Saving Club. Easily accessible for elderly with one step, flat entry. Did not notice traffic. Very convenient. Notified by staff of a problem with the tiles in the kitchen but all was taken care of for safety with matting put down to prevent the hazard and was notified by phone prior to arriving. Very pleasant staff to talk to - able to accommodate my sons picking up the keys as we were arriving late.

Unfortunately the toaster was not working but improvised with the oven and let the staff know when the key was returned. Beautiful spot, there was not much to not like about the venue.

Very welcoming staff both Jessica and Anthony couldn't do enough for us. Despite the onsite restaurant being closed as it was Christmas there were local eateries nearby. Parking on site a definite bonus.

Location was great for us. Jess in the office was really lovely. Due to health, the steps were a bit much for a couple but other than that we enjoyed our stay which was too short!

It would have been great to be on the ground level and in hindsight, I would remember to request that next time.

Staff were amazing and accomadating.

There was a social group there and they werr quietly having some drinks and asked to stop at 930 and werent even allowed to sit outside there own room. Which i thought was a little rough. As we didnt hear them when we were in our room

Friendly staff/owners. The restaurant meals were absolutely delicious using “fresh” seafood.

we had booked 3 days in advance on Booking.com but was allocated the disabled room which meant bathroom had very little vanity area to put toiletries etc and shower water hard to contain.

Was easy to find just off the main road. It was close to a large shopping centre if needed. It also had a restaurant for guests and did room deliveries. It had a large bathroom for a motel room and had a second handbasin in the small kitchen area.

Staff were so helpful and always cheerful. We ate dinner in their restaurant one night and it was delicious. Location is amazing as it's so close to restaurants, a mall, BCF, etc.

Outside noise can be heard in the room.
