Very good location - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. Great pressure in the shower! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. There is a lovely dog living on site who came to say hello which made our day!

The fridge was a bit noisy so I was glad we had ear plugs for sleeping. Smoke alarm went off when frying sausages in the morning - good it works but made it stressful to cook! Some of the plug points didn’t work but there was a power board available with plenty of room to charge phones etc. Overall enjoyed staying here despite these minor issues and would come back again.

We stayed at the Burkitt St address and not Bauer Street Address. This worked out really well as the accommodation was really spacious and although not a new building the kitchen newly renovated and the unit was freshly painted and amenities were excellent. Very good for a longer term stay for a holiday also. It was very comfortable. Although the main bedroom did not have air-conditioning the lounge air-conditioned cooled the bedroom (it was December and very hot weather). This unit had everything including a normal size fridge (not that we really needed it this stay). It was comfortable. The unit is much nicer inside than the exterior of the complex. It is quite deceiving. It was walking distance to all cafes, the trendy Bargara Hotel and the lovely walking paths. Andrea was lovely and helpful when talking to her on the phone. It was excellent that we could contact her outside office hours to help us locate the unit.

It was confusing at first as to which address we were booked in to, however once we worked that out e.g. Burkitt Street, not Bauer Street, all was fine. The Burkitt Street address does not have signs so arriving in the dark was a little tricky.

Our room was very large. It was very clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. On check-in, we were given fresh milk. Great location, within easy walk to the beach and food outlets. Parking on site.

Our room (No 2) was close to the main road so there was some traffic noise. We had a young family in the room above us which was unfortunate as when the children jumped off the bed, I thought they were coming through the ceiling. Maybe a carpet or thick rug/soundproofing might help. The kitchen units were a little dated but functional. If I could choose another room, I would return

The whole process of checking in and out was a breeze especially having a late check in. As much as some of the rooms bones was slightly dated, they have updated it to a marvelous standard which was also extremely clean, had a comfortable bed, new aircon and the shower was super relaxing! Lovely couple who run the place were extremely accommodating and I will definitely be looking forward to booking again when the next work event is in the area!

The apartment had a great little kitchen with table and chairs; a comfortable bed and great shower plus separate toilet. There was also a second single bed separate from the main room. The proximity to the town centre and beaches was excellent.

There wasn’t much to dislike but it would be great to see the property upgraded and updated a little more, so some of the shabbier finishes are fixed. It certainly would be worth it as there is so much going for it.

Our entire stay at Pacific Sun Bargara blew all our expectations away. It’s a beautiful little hidden gem in Bagara. Right in the centre of town just a few streets back from the beach and the pub for one of the best steaks I have ever had. The accommodations were beautifully refurbished and modern with everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

The only thing we wish there was a TV in the bedroom as the bed was so comfy we didn’t want to leave it to watch tv!

Perfect, motel type room, in that it was clean and comfortable and perfect for a stopover as part of a long road trip. It had everything we needed without any frills but perfectly good. Great location for walking into town and exploring the beach and nature park. Also good location for heading to the nearby Rum and Ginger Beer distillery tours. Parking provided, complimentary toiletries and basic kitchen essentials like a kettle and microwave.

Cutest little retro kitchenette, free washing and drying facilities on site. Air conditioner, free wifi with strong connection, walking distance to variety of eateries and the beach. Comfortable bed.

Hairdryer not in room, could get from reception but reception closed by time we arrived after 3:30pm. Staff were only spoken to over phone, but sounded lovely any way. Smoking section provided but sprinkler going constantly over area.

The personalised service, always makes you feel like you are the only guest. The truth be told they are fully booked almost all the time. This represents how everybody must be feeling.

The parking is a bit tight inside the complex if you have a big truck that do not have big turning radius, but there is enough parking on both sides of the street.

Location was perfect, short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and I'm a bit of a princess when it comes to beds ;-) I liked that it had a small kitchen and a full sized fridge so you could store and prepare food and drinks There is also a free laundry room with washer and dryer, powder supplied and an outside clothesline. This is very helpful when travelling from place to place

The shower/ toilet room was very compact but that is not something that could be changed.
