Chalet Motor Inn

We stayed with our dog and had an amazing experience! The room was so clean, a small but comfortable space. We had everything we needed supplied. The breakfast we ordered was good value and delicious. The owner was very friendly and nothing was a problem. Our dog is epileptic and unfortunately had a seizure the first night of our weekend stay and the owner didn't hesitate to provide us with extra towels and cleaning equipment to clean up after him. I offered to pay but he declined. The location is close to a park and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't use the pool as it was cold but it looked clean and inviting. The TV was huge and had a good selection of movie channels. The beds are big and comfortable, nice crisp clean linen, fluffy towels and soft pillows.

Trivial, but no full length mirror. There is however a huge mirror over the bench area.

Great location, short walk to multiple fantastic food options, private pool area, single level easy access with parking outside of room. Smoking permitted outside of room. Great showers for tall people. Clean, modern & casual. Fantastic staff and even pet friendly, what more could you ask for. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very close to everything perfect position for a short stay. and being pet friendly just makes it absolutely perfect.

The only con of the place would be the small grass area for your pets toilet needs. But i found the median strip across the street good for that or a very short walk to the park land was perfect

owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. walking distance to park, zoo and shops. very easy booking and was very accommodating for our late arrival. able to cook basic food and also offer a breakfast menu for room service. pool was clean and our five year old enjoyed his swim. room was small but had everything we needed.

rooms were tiny.

due to short notice booking we had to organise two rooms for a family of four and ended up staying in the pet friendly rooms. The pet friendly rooms however were very clean and comfortable. You would not know that pets have stayed in the room there was definitely no smell.Floors were fully tiled which made the room seem cleaner. Good size room with bathroom .Room also has fridge,coffee making facilities and microwave oven.Coin operated laundry also available on site which was handy

Management & other staff were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful. Pet friendly accommodation also. The room was clean & tidy. Excellent accommodation overall & I would recommend it to anyone who visits Bundaberg.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room was very clean, bright and fresh. The best part of this stay is that pets are welcomed. I met few other customers staying there with pets and you would not know they are there. No barking, no noise.

There is nothing to don’t like it

Anthony, the owner, has been so friendly and helpful towards my partner and I who broke down outside of the the town after having to turn around from the floods. he let us leave our broken car in the carpark whilst we got a hire car to get the parts to fix it. Then came out offering us a few bottles of water whilst we tried to fix it in the 32 deg heat. Really friendly staff, great modern rooms, central to the cbd, washer and dryer on site, and a pool! highly recommended

the owner was fantastic as I travel with my dogs , no problems at all , he's also a dog lover ❤️, room was roomy and very clean shower was fantastic. I would highly recommend this Motel especially if u have pets , nothing is to much trouble for them .

Everything was fantastic. So clean, easy to find, and the room was bigger than I expected. As we were running glate, we received a lovely phone call to help arrange our check-in. Nothing is a problem to the staff. They are happy, friendly and very helpful.

We really couldn't find anything wrong with the place.
