Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful sea view, and a fabulous swimming pool, where you're surrounded by trees as you emerge out of the water.

We both felt that the beds were terribly uncomfortable, due to a layer of uneven sponge that was placed between the mattress and the bedsheets. We woke up at night many times, with discomfort, because of this sponge. Once the sponge is removed, the mattress is fine. We strongly recommend to the hotel managers to remove this sponge from the beds, permanently.

This apartment was clean, quiet and in perfect location across the road from beach. Good undercover parking. It had good range of facilities and beautiful secluded pool I particularly liked the shower which was very powerful.

Not too much to add here but sadly some of small kitchen appliances were under par. Toaster only toasted bread one side taking long time and ironing board had no useable cover which made it impossible to iron clothes . As we were travelling around we particularly needed to do laundry. This is why I deducted a mark otherwise would have given 9 .

The property is opposite to the Clifton beach and offers beautiful views of the same. We had opted for the garden/pool view and that was beautiful as well. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed lounging in the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and had the full range of utensils for cooking. The apartment was spacious. Though the bedroom didn't have an AC, the AC in the hall is powerful enough to cool the bedroom as well. The TV in the bed room was perfect to catch up on late night TV & morning news

Location was just across the road from a lovely beach. Pool area was comfortable and clean. Good BBQ facilities

Problem with this area is you need to walk about 4.5k to Palm Cove if you want to go to a cafe or shops. Gorgeous walk but not for your morning coffee, unless you have a while to spare. Could do with some more kitchen utensils as this property is fantastic if you are going to stay in the area and use it as a self contained unit.

We made our own breakfast...and most happy with all the kitchen facilities and utensils provided. Thank you The position was very good, being close to the beach and walking on the level grounds, too. The apartments are very spacious.

There really wasn't anything we didn't Love!

Agincourt Apartments are one of my very favourite places to stay anywhere. The apartments are well appointed, well maintained and very comfortable. John and Sheree are extremely welcoming and accommodating and the location right on the beachfront is amazing. This was my second stay and I will be returning.. its a fabulous place for a quiet, peaceful escape.

Exceptional! I loved this place. The apartment was extremely well appointed - every kitchen utensil you could wish for, plus full sized fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher! There was aircon which worked brilliantly and additional ceiling fans to the lounge and bedroom. The balcony was beautiful and the view of the ocean was worth a million dollars. You could hear the waves crash all day and night - it was simply blissful. The photos do not do these apartments justice, the ocean is literally on the doorstep. Clifton beach is a perfect location, very small and secluded, but there is a coles, Liquorland, chemist, dominos pizza, post office and petrol station, etc., close by. The pool is magnificent, clean and sparkling and a really good size if, like me, you needed to get some training laps done - also a fabulous location if you need to run in the mornings, perfect coastal path to accommodate this. The shower was hot and powerful, bed was very comfy. Very clean all round and no neighbour noises through walls etc. The owners were very friendly, attentive and accommodating and were more than happy to help when called upon. I would stay here again and recommend it to all.

The person below me was constantly smoking very strong cigarettes or cigars, which limited my enjoyment of the balcony. Not the fault of the property, just an unfortunate thing for me to have inconsiderate people below.

Quiet location which is what we wanted. Had a comfortable / adequate top floor apartment with beach view. With having a hire car had very short drive to restaurants etc at Palm Cove and Trinity Beach etc. Pool looked good, did not use it though. Asked for extra towels which were provide without fuss.

Some of the cooking utensils could do with replacing ie the frying pan. (no longer non stick)

Located across the beach. All rooms had Air conditioning.Full functional Kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Etc. Large pool.

Not Sound proof, cell reception Inside was poor so was dependent on Wifi which was patchy at times. Extra Toiletries needs to be bought. However we did have enough towel soap etc for the length of our stay.

Great location - directly opposite the beach, not far from central Clifton Beach. Right in front was the walking trail which we could use to get to Palm Cove or Trinity Beach. The apartment was clean and well set up (for cooking and laundry). Great for a short stay. We were visiting friends, who were able to drive us places. Otherwise you'd definitely need a car.
