great location near the main road, very quiet location, amazing grounds with established plants, pool area is fantastic for family's, apartment well laid out, beds very comfortable, showers very good.

extra dishwashing tablets would have been nice. only given two for a 7 night stay. and only given one tea towel.

The apartment we stayed at was clean and spacious. The pool facilities were amazing and there was even a toilet, shower and kitchen with a bbq. It was close to the beach and restaurants and we enjoyed staying here immensely.

It was tricky to catch someone at reception. I went a couple of times to find it unmanned and no one answering the bell.

Our three-bedroom apartment was very spacious with enough rooms and balconies for everyone to have space but also gather together. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic. The location is so perfect, close to beach and all the restaurants. The Oasis arranged our airport transfers from Cairns and we then hired a car from them for two days. You don't really need a car to enjoy Palm Cove. We drove the 55 mins to Mossman Gorge and Port Douglas which were both amazing. We also went to the Croc Farm which was fun for the kids. We were a family of four plus two grandparents. The way the apartment was laid out, the grandparents got the main room off the kitchen with the ensuite and then we had the two bad bedrooms with our own bathroom which was perfect. Any time I emailed Oasis they came back to me within minutes, made everything so easy for us. They have everything there from beach towels to beach toys. You can relax or go on an adventure. Highly recommend this place to stay and will be back!

The house we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was great and always very clean. Shops and restaurants were very close, and all of them were of high quality. I definitely recommend Oasis at Palm Cove.

Its nature is wonderful, but there are many different birds and different animal sounds. They were especially active at night. The first nights were a little difficult to get used to. The worst thing is not being able to swim where you want in this season... Still, it's wonderful and a great place to relax.

Lush tropical gardens enveloping all the apartments, just three stories high. There are 12 spacious apartments in three blocks but camouflaged and very private because of the stunning gardens with tall palms and rainforest trees. Large pool with lots of deck chairs to relax in the sun. Comfortable beds and good kitchen with sufficient equipment to self cater if you wish.

A few more lightweight blankets as we prefer to not use aircon/heater just the fresh breeze. Evenings were a little cool for us.

We loved our stay at Oasis. It was perfect for a family with 2 children. We were there out of Aust. school holidays so this may have helped. I was at first concerned that the resort was one to two blocks back from the beach. But after I few days I realised this was plus as it was lovely and quiet there yet only a 2-3 min. walk to the beach and the restaurants along the esplanade. My girls loved the pool and tennis court. They spent many hours using these facilities. Adrian was extremely helpful during our stay and went out of his way to assist us. We were happy to learn at check-in that we were upgraded. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. As our departure flight wasn't until evening I asked for a late check-out. Adrian did his best and we were able to move into Apartment 12 for a few hours which had better views but the amenities were not as good and modern as what we had in Apartment 14. Adrian assisted us in booking a day trip on the reef and gave us other valuable tips. Thank you, Adrian, Elmira and your gorgeous son for a wonderful stay! If ever we visit Palm Cove again, we would definitely stay at Oasis.

The apartment was on the ground floor. This meant that we had no stairs which was good but it was dark. I guess the one bonus was that it was cool but we felt that we needed to turn lights on even in the daytime. The bed in the main bedroom was quite hard. We would have appreciated being informed that there is no major supermarket in Palm Cove (only 2 small grocery stores for essentials which are very expensive). If I had known that there was no Coles or Woolworths in town, I would have ordered online so that the goods were there upon arrival. We had to wait until Wednesday morning (more than 24 hours after we had arrived) for our groceries to be delivered. Perhaps Adrian and Elmira or Booking.com could inform guests about this beforehand.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.. Parking was easy and the location is good even though not directly at the beach. Good washer and dryer, large Tv and balcony. The shower had good pressure and was working well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check-in and check-out. The value of our stay was excellent.

There is no big minus point at all that is a showstopper but rather a few smaller things. The kitchen utensils and cookingware are not very good especially for a longer stay when you want to cook properly. Generally it was slightly dirty, e.g., the shower, the refrigerator smelled fishy, cabinets, outdoor cupboard. Blinds in the bedroom do not stay closed due to the mandatory ceiling fan operation moving them back and forth. Ac in the bedroom seemed to work not as good as the one in the dining area. The shower door does not close easily. The batteries in the remote were empty. No housekeeping.

The name says it all, Oasis at Palm Cove. The tropical gardens are magical and create a feeling of privacy. The pool area was well maintained and the pool was crystal clear with plenty of shade over the kiddie pool. The apartment was clean and spacious and it had everything we needed. It's only minutes from the beach and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. I can't wait to stay here again.

The apartment was on the ground floor, surrounded by beautiful gardens, close to the pool and barbecue area. The rooms were attractive and functional, especially liked the outdoor area/deck.

We believed that Netflix and other streaming channels would be available, but were not told that this would function via Chromecast and our own device. Information about this was difficult to follow, and was resolved by a visit from the manager. Though the kitchen was well fitted out, there were only two steak knives and two butter knives, needed more of these. The managers were very helpful, but contacting them was difficult at times, as the desk is not always manned.

It is real Oasis surrounded by tropical gardens and amazing flowers! You can see it as soon as you are entering the Resort. The swimming pool and BBQ area were so clean and well maintained. You can hear the birds and beautiful butterflies. It is so relaxing! Apartments are very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We didn't cook, as all restaurants were walking distance from the Resort. Closest Coles is only 5 minutes to drive or you can order online your groceries and they will deliver it to your apartment. Very convenient! We loved everything about this Resort! Big thanks to the Managers for keeping Oasis Resort immaculant!
