The apartment we stayed at was clean and spacious. The pool facilities were amazing and there was even a toilet, shower and kitchen with a bbq. It was close to the beach and restaurants and we enjoyed staying here immensely.

It was tricky to catch someone at reception. I went a couple of times to find it unmanned and no one answering the bell.

We loved our stay at Oasis. It was perfect for a family with 2 children. We were there out of Aust. school holidays so this may have helped. I was at first concerned that the resort was one to two blocks back from the beach. But after I few days I realised this was plus as it was lovely and quiet there yet only a 2-3 min. walk to the beach and the restaurants along the esplanade. My girls loved the pool and tennis court. They spent many hours using these facilities. Adrian was extremely helpful during our stay and went out of his way to assist us. We were happy to learn at check-in that we were upgraded. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. As our departure flight wasn't until evening I asked for a late check-out. Adrian did his best and we were able to move into Apartment 12 for a few hours which had better views but the amenities were not as good and modern as what we had in Apartment 14. Adrian assisted us in booking a day trip on the reef and gave us other valuable tips. Thank you, Adrian, Elmira and your gorgeous son for a wonderful stay! If ever we visit Palm Cove again, we would definitely stay at Oasis.

The apartment was on the ground floor. This meant that we had no stairs which was good but it was dark. I guess the one bonus was that it was cool but we felt that we needed to turn lights on even in the daytime. The bed in the main bedroom was quite hard. We would have appreciated being informed that there is no major supermarket in Palm Cove (only 2 small grocery stores for essentials which are very expensive). If I had known that there was no Coles or Woolworths in town, I would have ordered online so that the goods were there upon arrival. We had to wait until Wednesday morning (more than 24 hours after we had arrived) for our groceries to be delivered. Perhaps Adrian and Elmira or Booking.com could inform guests about this beforehand.

Lush tropical gardens enveloping all the apartments, just three stories high. There are 12 spacious apartments in three blocks but camouflaged and very private because of the stunning gardens with tall palms and rainforest trees. Large pool with lots of deck chairs to relax in the sun. Comfortable beds and good kitchen with sufficient equipment to self cater if you wish.

A few more lightweight blankets as we prefer to not use aircon/heater just the fresh breeze. Evenings were a little cool for us.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.. Parking was easy and the location is good even though not directly at the beach. Good washer and dryer, large Tv and balcony. The shower had good pressure and was working well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check-in and check-out. The value of our stay was excellent.

There is no big minus point at all that is a showstopper but rather a few smaller things. The kitchen utensils and cookingware are not very good especially for a longer stay when you want to cook properly. Generally it was slightly dirty, e.g., the shower, the refrigerator smelled fishy, cabinets, outdoor cupboard. Blinds in the bedroom do not stay closed due to the mandatory ceiling fan operation moving them back and forth. Ac in the bedroom seemed to work not as good as the one in the dining area. The shower door does not close easily. The batteries in the remote were empty. No housekeeping.

The apartment was on the ground floor, surrounded by beautiful gardens, close to the pool and barbecue area. The rooms were attractive and functional, especially liked the outdoor area/deck.

We believed that Netflix and other streaming channels would be available, but were not told that this would function via Chromecast and our own device. Information about this was difficult to follow, and was resolved by a visit from the manager. Though the kitchen was well fitted out, there were only two steak knives and two butter knives, needed more of these. The managers were very helpful, but contacting them was difficult at times, as the desk is not always manned.

It is real Oasis surrounded by tropical gardens and amazing flowers! You can see it as soon as you are entering the Resort. The swimming pool and BBQ area were so clean and well maintained. You can hear the birds and beautiful butterflies. It is so relaxing! Apartments are very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We didn't cook, as all restaurants were walking distance from the Resort. Closest Coles is only 5 minutes to drive or you can order online your groceries and they will deliver it to your apartment. Very convenient! We loved everything about this Resort! Big thanks to the Managers for keeping Oasis Resort immaculant!

Large comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, with very well-equipped kitchen (no pantry items at all, but appliances like air-fryer, sandwich press and plenty of pans etc), in amongst beautiful well maintained tropical gardens. Comfortable beds. King size. Great showers. Huge pool and BBQ area. Excellent location for wondering along the esplanade.

Minor inconveniences- I was expecting a coffee machine of some type, but there wasn’t one. I’d bring some dishwasher tablets next time as they only supplied a couple.

The pool is amazing, the rooms were beautiful, the gardens are gorgeous. We also really likes having the washing machine and kitchen. There is also a BBQ at the pool area which we used a few times. The locationn is excellent. We did not want to leave.

There weren't any board games/books etc things to do when it is rainy. Our friends had the downstairs apartment from us and it looked more homely with board games and books.

This apartment is so close to the beach that even our kids didn't complain. No in all seriousness, the location is amazing, we enjoyed the green view from the balcony, the pool was fantastic, big and clean. Next to the pool was BBQ which we used couple of times. We could swim till 9.30pm if we wanted as it was lit up inside, also the spa was great. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful, had no issues when asked questions or needed help. The apartment itself was bigger than we thought and had everything what we needed for our cooking, doing laundry and just relaxing on the balcony. Another bonus was that it was quiet there, we didn't hear cars or people from the pub across the road. The apartment has also allocated parking spots in a locked garage which was very helpful as we rented a car.

The complex has a tennis court which we tried to use but unfortunately there were no good tennis balls to use but it is understandable as they get damaged or lost easily. Not a big issue to be honest.

Our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious. We liked having free wifi & that it meant once logged into the TV we could access all our usual streaming channels which made apartment downtime easy. I specifically chose this location for this time of year because you had heated pool, plus heated spa & for September we needed it. The pool side itself was HUGE & kids loved it (it was very deep which may catch some families off guard).

I felt some of the kitchen equipment limited, like Tupperware containers & providing just 1 tea towel wasn’t enough.
