Highly recommend this exceptional property. The Manager, Brian works hard to ensure the grounds & facilities are clean, maintained & in pristine condition. Blue Lagoon is an excellent location, with convenient parking, a short walk to Trinity Beach & a selection of restaurants. The staff are professional, helpful & kind, especially John, Joleen & Stacey. The pool is very clean with a view of the Lagoon. Everthing was first class at Blue Lagoon 🇨🇦

The room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The resort location was close to shops and restaurants. The pools were amazing, especially having a heated pool. Large balcony with dining table, overlooking the pool and trees was stunning! Was close to Cairns for sightseeing activities and drives to more southern locations.

Our room was at the front of the resort, on the main road, near the bus stop, so it was a bit noisy. The gym was small and not so well equipped for such a large resort. It was a pity the pool our room overlooked wasn't heated too, but we were lucky with the weather - 28-30 degrees every day, so was not such an issue. No lifts to second floor room.

We loved the location.. the different types of bird calls, the proximity to the beach front without the noise and the wallabies that appeared in the gardens after dark. There were lots of food options within walking distance and we found it central for visiting places via car from Port Douglas and Mossman Gorge through to Karunda and the tablelands. It was great also being able to make our own meals when we wanted and the pool each afternoon was lovely to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good facilities, spacious accommodations. The staff was very attentive and provided additional kitchen utensils upon request.

Wi-Fi was bad. It kept disconnecting, the speed was slow, and in the evening was nearly impossible to connect. The water in the pool was very warm, like a hot bath, although this understandable as it is exposed to the hot sun all day long. Our block had no covered parking, which is a problem in the hot summer days. There is an underground garage which, while usable, requires a lot of manouvering if you have a larger car (e.g., SUV).

Loved the location not far from the beach, just a short walk down the road. Gardens were lovely clean and tidy ..very close to restaurants. the room was perfect and had everything we needed.

The lounge was old....not very comfortable. Definitely needs replacing. The aircon on the balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time . There is no lift ,only stairs in this block. People smoking outside drifting into the verandah.but ya can't do much about that. Overall, the price was good. We would definitely recommend staying at the Blue Lagoon Resoet again ...

The pools were lovely, bbq facilities which were clean and readily available. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and also cooking facilities. It was clean and the air con was brilliant after a boiling day exploring. Joleen at reception was so friendly and helpful giving us tips on where to find the kangaroo hiding spots and plenty of stories to tell. Just a really nice place to stay

Trinity beach is very quiet although not the properties fault! Just perhaps not a place if you are looking to go out out.

Great location half way between small shopping centre and beach cafes, gorgeous gardens, pretty lagoon, loved the heated pool and tennis court, very spacious unit. Appreciated the supply of basics (salt pepper oil alfoil and washing detergents). Recommend Yada Thai next door - exceptional food! Had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Beds uncomfortably bouncy made it hard to sleep (hubby decamped to spare bedroom), lots of noise from unit above, downside of lovely natural surroundings is lots of bird and animal noises at night.

I was upgraded to a fabulous apartment which conicidentally was right next door to my daughter who I was visiting! Huge apartment overlooking the lagoon. Perfectly clean with plenty of tea and coffee and loo roll (which is very important!)

I was stunned by the gorgeous apartment, so nothing bad...... at ALL. The whole complex is so beautiful, surrounded by rainforests and a stones throw from beautiful beaches. Can't go wrong.

The pool was fantastic! Barbecue area beautifully maintained, as were the grounds in and around the resort.

Disappointed that our fly screen door was not fixed during our 12 night stay, as the staff knew about the problem prior to us arriving. Despite this, our stay at Blue Lagoon was wonderful and we look forward to returning.

Perfect location , pools fantastic, rooms clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Only downside and although we are on holiday the poor wifi reception posed a few issues with trying to book onward accommodation, and check in for flights etc. Once they resolve this , the Blue Lagoon is a definite must stay .
