Room below explanation :: Pool facilities were excellent , spa was beautiful and warm , pool was excellent & clean Breakfast was ok , bacon was very dry , tough to eat , omelets every morning were excellent , variety of fruits, cereals , excellent , baked beans were also very dry , the best most notable is whoever you have making the morning coffees its the best ive tasted excellent coffee lattes are superb 'all in all overall pretty good 7/10

Upon our arrival, the room we received was not as advertised. Consequently, we were accommodated in a self-contained room which was excellent and provided without any fuss. Although I had to pay an additional $150, I didn't mind. However, it was not our fault that the advertisement was incorrectly."

Both restaurants are excellent. Staff were terrific, location suited us.

The WIFI is disgraceful, clearly an old system. It needs an investment urgently. My wife & I run our own businesses and need WIFI wherever we go. Coupled with unsatisfactory WIFI and hopeless Telstra phone signal, it made it very difficult for us to do what we needed to do. On several days the WIFI signal kicked us out of the system up to a dozen times. That also impacted on TV viewing because the signal was distorted. Our unit's furniture was almost too uncomfortable to sit on. Old and lumpy couches and chairs, tired, scratched and outdated furniture. I emailed the manager for polite feedback however she hasn't bothered to answer me.

It is located a short walk away along either the road or the beach from the shops, restaurants and pubs, so it is quiet at night. The pools are great. We swam “laps” twice a day. Like all other venues, they are having trouble attracting staff, however the service was excellent. Food from the restaurant and Lagoon Bar was most enjoyable and reasonably priced compared to others in Palm Cove.The room was spacious and quiet. The king size bed was great.

Some room furniture was a little tired. The main pool was a bit warm by the end of the summer days. The pool-side Lagoon bar could be open longer for meals and drinks

Overall resort and pool is beautiful. The room size of one bedroom was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food at pool bar and restuarant was delicious buffet breakfast wasnt good.

Needed more staff working at the pool bar. We had to wait in lines to get a drink during lunch etc each day. The buffet breakfast wasnt great either. We had it the first day but didnt go back. Breakfast was overpriced and not great tasting. Coffee took forever and served once we had finished and were paying at end. No water heat in showers and had to ask twice to have it fixed.

My partner and I really enjoyed the pool facilities, and there were a few to choose from! The room was way bigger than we had anticipated for the two of us, and extremely cool and comfortable inside. The aircon was truly a plus, as we were not used to the humidity of Cairns. The restaurant inside had great food, delicious cocktails, friendly staff, and when we came back from our daily activities our rooms were tidied and cleaned every day. I couldn’t recommend Pullman enough - it is certainly what you pay for. I hope to come back someday!

There is currently no shuttle bus available to go to and from Cairns city. We had to take an Uber into the city for dinner and drinks as taxis were far away on short notice. Not too much of a problem, just be aware that you’ll probably need to plan ahead for nightly outings!

Loved the apartment, so spacious. Gorgeous pool, lovely bar and cocktails and great staff. Loved that the pool had a hand rail at the steps for help with disability/elderly access.

The steps up to the lap pool and steps up to the bar level from the units beach side...for disability access could have a ramp and/or better hand rails to hold. Also the restaurant has a very limiting menu for dinner.

We got an upgraded room which was lovely. The pools are lovely but no swim up bar if you like that. The bar near the pool closed at 5:30, which was disappointing as most guests had been out all day and wanted a nice cocktail at that time of the evening. The beach was at the front, but you could not see it due to the dense tree coverage. You have to walk a little bit to get to all the restaurants in Palm Cove, and it's a nice walk in the evening.

The room was awesome, the staff were great, the hotel was great, the only thing was the Sea Temple was a bit far from Palm Cove and the lap pool and spa were out of commission, which the hotel informed us before our stay. But on the whole it was a great stay, highly recommended.

We believed the facilities condition of our room, the amazing beds, in room space and décor all contributed to a very enjoyable stay. The pool area was also lovely.

Whilst the facilities were lovely our stay was tainted by the facility holding a wedding on the Thursday night. It is still inconceivable to us that a place that has such high room rates ($909 per night) do not regard the welfare of their guest in the same light as their rates. We did appreciate the discount refunded for the Thursday nights interruption. I urge the resort to reconsider the combination of being a wedding venue whilst still charging the same rates. Also if you could please look at the condition of the roof spa that was a little disappointing and may require a revamp. The master ensuite spa was perfect.

Main reataurant staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Whilst the waitstaff were pleasant the main maitrede was horrendous. I'll spare the details but his attitude is appalling
