I liked 99.99% about this place, first of all my bed it was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it, I've stayed in a lot of places and never slept as well as I did. 2nd the shower best pressure and it was like unlimited hot water. 3rd the room was massive everything was where it should have been. 4th the parking there was always a space spare. The staff where awesome from front desk to house keeping, I just wished I tried the food if they were open for breakfast I would have been there.

The only 2 things that was wrong here 1st was the TV, it was hard to watch while laying in bed properly, 2nd while I was there breakfast it would have been great to have breakfast as I had to go to 3 places for breakfast cause it was hard to find a good place to eat breakfast (I know it's hard to run a kitchen so this isn't a negative feed back just didn't want to travel to far to eat) other then that no problems

The bed in my room was ridiculously comfortable and w super soft sheets, I slept so soundly and for longer than I thought possible. Great kitchen utensils/ cooking appliances. It's right in the middle of everything you could possibly want. The manager was very approachable and kind and nothing was a problem for him

The only gripe is please put in a plug for the jacuzzi in the room. Apart from that, I love this place

Great location, good value for money for one night. The reception lady was phenomenal in helping out to ensure my stay was peaceful. The shower was perfect, the bed was very comfy.

Didn't know about the security deposit prior to booking, but other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Accommodated our group across five rooms, all located together. Plenty of parking, easy walk to restaurants, very clean and tidy.

Directions about location of check-in a little confusing (it’s across the road at the Gladstone). Minor inconvenience that was sorted quickly.

The bed was extremely comfortable, towels were very fresh and fluffy, the apartment was lovely.

As I have mobility issues I found it extremely difficult to get into the shower because of the height of the bath tub.

Very clean room with, modern furniture that was above what you expect in a motel, quiet location in the heart of Gladstone

The bath tub was fitted with a spa but on filling it up, the start button was already depressed and wouldn’t start the jets, a look around the room was unable to find any instructions in case I was missing something so I just sat in the tub lamenting what could have been an excellent stay.

Everything was beyond our expectation. There was an induction stove which we needed.

The bathroom sink was clogged in room 521. Other than that everything was very good.

Comfortable spacious room with good amenities, very close to everything. Good cooking facilities with nice bathroom.

Needed some update repairs to property, otherwise all good.

On arrival the customer service was friendly, relatable & she explained the reason in simple terms why we were upgraded which also was a blessing. Parking was handy also.

Nothing really.

The manager was incredibly helpful, nice and always professional when I phoned her a few times about an issue. She resolved my issue going above and beyond.

The hotel room wasn't allowed to have a microwave or toaster because of fire alarms getting set off.
