Location of the villas to the rear of the property , facing Walsh Street , ensures better privacy. Seperate bathroom for each bedroom was a welcome feature ; kitchen / dining room location within the middle of the villa is a clever idea. The resident cat was a welcome addition for the feline lover of our family.

Parking space for each villa wasn’t clearly defined ; a truck parked by the occupants in an adjoining villa occupied both their & our parking spaces on the last two nights. The swimming pool didn’t appear to be available ( nor was it utilised by other residents ) as it didn’t appear to be maintained / cleaned for the duration of our stay.

I love the villas and how they are set out! Great for my family and my mother who has mobility issues.

One of the rooms had no lights, the flouro over the sink and the duchess flouro didn't work.

We have stayed here previously and love that the motel is pet friendly. It is definitely aging and needs some TLC but everything within our room was clean, tidy and in working order. On our arrival we were directed to a room, though plenty large enough it only had bunk beds. On saying this the gentleman who was at the desk quickly resolved the issue and found us a room which ended being an upgrade :).

The initial confusion with the room was a bit of a hiccup for tired travellers with a dog, but mistakes happen and it was simply resolved. There is off street parking and many of the rooms have covered parking, however our initial room and the villas do not. Please check this.

Good location, excellent value for money. Great to have a full size kitchen and fridge.

Just nitpicking again for the price of $100 a night can't argue at all, be nice for the beds not to roll around, as all tiles in room we were staying. Second bedroom aircon didn't work. Couldn't find any power points in bedroom...Lastly need a fan in the shower, bathroom, gets really stuffy hot. Owner did say they are in the process of updating premises.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the surrounds are lush and semi private, the rooms are comfy and adequately equipped; and conveniently located for my purposes. Best of all it's family and fur friendly 🐩🙂

Comfortable room with good aircon. TV worked well and the room was quiet. Bathroom was very tidy and clean. It was good to have a range of crockery, cutlery and a toaster. Tea and coffee were also offered.

I was required to pay an extra $10 for my dog when signing in and was told that I should have rung the establishment to confirm I was bringing a pet, both points were not been mentioned as a requirement on booking.com. The bathroom sink was the only source of water for the kettle which was too big to fit under the tap. Only one additional pillow to share between two people. No milk provided for the tea and coffee.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, made myself an my two dogs very welcome, my room was a good size an suited for myself an my two dogs.

This is no fault of the owners of the motel, after a server storm went through Glastone an the power went out for approximately 6 hours an the rooms were closed up due to the winds an rain, an having my dogs with me. I would like to make one suggestion to the owners, perhaps the rooms could have sliding screes doors added. This would add extra security for your guests as well.

It was roomy enough for us all. Beds are comfy.

I worry about walking around with my dog on a lead as some others don’t keep their dogs on a lead. A dog bowl would be really handy too.

the provided crockery was not the best. we couldnt have cereal for breakfast because there were no dishes.
