The front staff member was lovely and helpful. He helped us with talking to the manager about our car parking situation without any hassle. He was also helpful on the phone when I had to change my booking dates due to car troubles. No up-charge was given to me and no complications occur because of my change of date. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The shower/bathroom was great, good water pressure and wasnt stubborn with getting the right temperature and there were plenty of towels provided. The tea/coffee counter was nice too!

There isn't a lot of parking for the motel, especially if you are towing a trailer or have a big car. We managed to find somewhere to park in the car park with a deadline of leaving, but that wasn't an issue at all.

We stayed in the Harbour view room with the balcony and the view was absolutely beautiful! Hands down my favourite thing was watching the beautiful sunset and sunrise over the water whilst laying in bed! The bed was pretty comfortable and surprisingly pillows were great! Water pressure in the shower was fairly nice too! Accessing the restaurant down stairs was also really cool, nice people and atmosphere! Pool looked nice but was too cold to try out.

Hot water took aaaaaages to come in - not that bad but yeah. No extra blankets were available except for this 1 weird blue one that was stained and looked like it hadn’t been washed in while. The bed sheets were great but by our second night the bottom sheet had slid off showing a wonderful assortment of stains.

The property is central it has amazing sea views especially our room we had the best views and sunset

The property is very nice staff very friendly and helpful especially Nisha at reception she was extremely nice. However the morning we checked out there was a different person who was on the phone when we got to the reception to check out. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be attended to This phone call sounded like a personal phone she could have put the other person on hold and attend to me or at least acknowledge me standing there being ignored. In the end I interrupted by saying I could not stand there any longer Im checking out It is clear that she needs more training you cannot ignore guests while on personal call

Room is big enough for my family of three, cleanliness are good. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but we did have the dinner in the restaurant the other date, which was excellent, food was good and very large portion. But last thing I would like to head up is the location was great, nearby restaurant and pub / bar you can enjoy while you stay in Gladstone.

I couldn't tell what is I dislike of the hotel, because I just stayed one night with my family due to relocation. As of now, I had a good experience of the hotel, friendly staff, good size of the room.

Such friendly, professional and helpful staff, very comfortable bed/room. Hotel has all the facilities you need and a great little roof top swimming pool. This was just a ‘stepping stone’ for us to break up journey to Cairns but we loved the area and lovely walks to seafront/marina and spinnaker park. If you don’t wish to eat at hotel there is a fabulous Italian restaurant within walking distance, although we did eat at hotel one night too and it was lovely. You can guarantee a very warm welcome here 😊

The breakfast, room, and dinner was as always excellent. We could no fault anything that we experienced on our stay and that's why we never stay anywhere else when we go to Gladstone, We like to give a special mention to a few people working there. Joe the manager, Kelly working behind the bar & the young lady at reception when we checked in on the 9/9/22 these 3 people could not do enough for us and went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Thanks for a Great time.

We can honestly say that there is never anything that we could fault staying here. From the front desk reception staff to the the room, food & gaming all with a great view of the harbor.

The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was a good size. Food in the hotel was very nice, with very large serves but a little on the expensive side - one meal could easily feed two people.

The car parking was a little tight at times.

Clean room. Super helpful staff who promptly organised a refund when we wrongly booked two rooms! Excellent customer service. Associated restaurant and bar is reasonably priced and the food was lovely. Close to Marina for onward trip the following day.

Some TLC needed with towel rail coming away from wall and holes in the wall due to broken door stopper.

i love how, lovely the lady was at the counter she honestly made my day, she was so bubbly and very kindhearted, really welcoming, the service was good and I couldn’t be more happier with my stay.

i don’t really have anything I didn’t like but would like to just give a little advice as I’m a smoker and got locked out the other night, due to someone not understanding that there is a release button inside the building to get out, they thought the door was locked and locked the door so when I went to swipe my card the door was locked, maybe signage would be appreciated by guest, however other then that the service and people were fantastic….

it’s well managed, good spot for our needs , good meals at the pub downstairs.

We have stayed at a number of different rooms at the hotel, but booked a ground floor one this time as we had lots of work to attend to. We had stayed in one before but this time, Room 10, seemed really small. Smaller than the one we’d stayed in previously. So we changed rooms for the second night to a river view room . It was all changed seamlessly by the staff - very helpful. the new room was fabulous - just what we needed.
