I always feel welcomed at Highpoint. The apartments are exactly what anybody needs. Kitchen is well stocked. Mini bar is a bonus. Room service is an extra added bonus. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are clean. What brings me back here everytime tho is Nita at front reception! Will absolutely do everything and anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She really is a gem. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Very central to town. Very comfy bed. Quiet at night despite being close to the lift. Great view from the patio and clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and little issues were quickly dealt with. Nice little restaurant and good food.

The bathroom is a little old but works fine. Nice shower despite being over the bath. The only issues were a vent in the shower which was noisy but I got to change rooms. Housekeeping could be a bit better cigarettes were left in the ashtray but this was quickly rectified. Helpful friendly staff help with dealing with problems.

We arrived late and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. She told us if we wanted dinner to just call her once we got to the room. The room (303) had a modern kitchenette with a stove top ,microwave, fair sized fridge, sink. There was a table with 2 chairs, a three seater lounge and a large TV.. The sliding doors opened out to a seating area over the car park. The bedroom was next to a bathroom with a washing machine, drier and a shower over a bath.. Even though it was over the car park it was quiet and the block out curtains were efficient at keeping out the light. We had breakfast from Dimitis and the omelette was delicious.

I realise I booked late and paid extra for a sea view. The room we were allocated was the other side of the building over the car park.

Easy check-in/check-out Well-appointed spacious room with a balcony. Lifts from lobby. Good parking area. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Had 2 very minor issues with my room, which i reported while checking out. Staff member said both of them would be rectified.

We liked that we didn't have to leave the Highpoint to go out for dinner the meal at the restaurant was absolutely fabulous and affordable. Staff were attentive but not intrusive.

There was no milk provided for coffee. But that's only a small inconvenience and gave us an opportunity to go out for a late night coffee and to watch the waves at the beach.

The apartment was very spacious and in a quiet location.

The kitchen facilities were lacking. There were no forks in the drawers - only spoons and knives and no tongs. We tried to cook dinner but the frying pan was bent and dented and only some of the hot plates worked.

My partner and I totally enjoyed our short stay. The view was awesome, particularly at night time with the city and harbour lights. We ate at the restaurant down stairs which we totally enjoyed. The hotel was absolutely central, very friendly staff and the room was everything we needed. Would definitely go back

The location. Size of rooms. This time we had a balcony which allowed for water view. Provision of washing machine and dryer in bathroom is good. Bed pillows and linen good. We ended up staying 3 nights. Our second stay there.

Better milk for coffee. Those little plastic milk capsules are not good. Other hotels provide the small cartons. And, only a small thing, but biscuis for both people staying, provided daily. Public holidays not much nearby is open so a biccy is welcome after long trips.

Room had been renovated which was very comfortable compared to the previous stay.

Nothing really it’s got good parking and quick access to your room, staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely to meet.

One of the power board switch didn’t work next to the tv in the lounge near the floor It wouldn’t switch on when I plugged in my phone charger.. This is in room 506
