Clean and comfortable 😀 Beautiful place that's close to everything. Management was friendly and helpful - called us early to offer earlier check in. Undercover locked parking was provided that was very secure, peace of mind your vechile was safe. Rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view over looking water.

Kitchen appliance need to be replaced - The frying pans all need to be replaced, the protective coating has lifted bad on all of them. Decided not to use them. The kettle has seen better days - lid won't open at all. The oven is OK but most of the heat comes out the seals and takes extra long to cook. The cutlery draw needs fixing. Not completely whining but as a family who cook main meals in, was a little disappointing from lack of better cooking utility's, they have certainly seen better days.

Magnificent value for money, location and the facilities inside the rooms are great It was perfect for our family as we could cook, plenty of room Foxtel provided and the internet was great which was great for me to do some work and also keep the kids entertained when not outside enjoying the nearby water. Great views from both sides so you could enjoy some nice time on the balconies for a morning or evening beverage and not be impacted by the blazing sun. I highly recommend it.

The only thing was it was dusty inside eg the fans, we had to wipe them as the dust was affecting my son's asthma and the balcony off the bedrooms was the same.reakoy just needed a little bit of attention to some additional.monor cleaning between visitors and I would have given it a higher score Still will stay there again and have before and would highly recommend this property and is perfect for families. The manager was awesome and super accommodating. Thank you we enjoyed it very much

These are older style apartments, not flash but accurately represented on the website & you are definitely getting at least as good as what you paid for - they have everything you need, plus are spacious & comfy. Ours had a balcony overlooking the canal & the gardens, a beautiful outlook, and the location was perfect for us - quiet, away from the crazy of Surfers but a walk to a few restaurants and care's, plus a beach where we swam both mornings right at the end of the street (3 mins walk). Nice clean pool, friendly & helpful staff, & underground parking so we didn't have to stress about the rumoured hail storm!

Maybe a bit short on glasses and a good sharp knife but that's probably pretty normal for these places & we probably could have got extras from reception if we'd asked. Really, nothing we would have changed, very happy.

Brilliant location for visiting family. Quiet and close to mall with lovely Water view. Super spacious living area. Alex the manager is lovely and always lets us know when we have left anything behind. He also let us get into our apartment a bit early which was great. The people who live there are always friendly too. Great value for money.

Not complaining as we knew before staying as 3rd time staying there but stairs are not good for lugging cases up. (Can ask for a ground floor apartment if possible but not very sunny and internet patchy). Apartment kitchen probably due for an update.

The location was great and the amenities were terrific. The staff was exceptional and the security of the place was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed along with a water view. The butcher bird was great to see every morning especially when it made a sound.

The apartment did have a bit of wear and tear that was really noticeable. Some things could have been fixed up. The only downside is no lift. We were there for a sporting event and lugging sports gear up and down each day was a little tiresome.

Quiet area with morning bird life (enjoyed the birdsong on the balcony each morning with a coffee). Very clean apartment and well sized kitchen and living room. Aircon available, fans in each room. Very close to shops, a short drive to theme parks and the beach. Garage parking a great bonus. We stayed on top floor which as mentioned by the property is up a lot of stairs but I loved being high enough to get the balcony view of birds in the trees and view of houses with waterfront properties.

Bathrooms seem a bit dated compared to main living space, but still did their job.

A lovely position on the canal. The garden is well maintained and very lush. A nice pool area. The rooms are large and was so good to have 2 bathrooms and a balcony looking at the view

The place is looking a little tired. Fittings a bit worn out. Our unit wasn’t that clean. Although the surfaces were clean there was mould on the blinds and dusty vertical drapes. The kettle was old. Not enough crockery and disgusting frypans. I know its up to individual owners to update their places.

It was nice and quiet. Lock up secure parking. Steps up to the room from the car park. No lift, you can go in front door, probably 8 steps. Then it's flat to the rooml if you book the ground floor. Lovely pool and BBQ area, which overlooks canal. 1 bed has ensui5e and queen bed. The other twin beds and separate toilet and shower.

It was a bit away from restaurants. You can walk to the shopping centre. There is a bus stop out front and heaps of cabs.

Value for money with easy parking and spacious apartment with multiple balconies and nice view over the canal. Awesome location and quiet! Well equipped apartment with lots of room, 2 bathrooms and nice sized kitchen for home cooking!.

No lift - we were warned but thought we would be ok forgetting the amount of stairs from the carpark to the top floor with the luggage with multiple trips up and down becoming difficult. Awesome accommodation with an awesome price if your all good with a 4 floor walk up.

The apartment is spacious for a family of four and is in a premium location. It is just a few minutes from the shopping center and about a 15-minute drive from Movie World and Wet'n'Wild theme parks. It offers a beautiful view of the marina and has very secure access to both the apartment and the car park area.

The apartment building didn't have an elevator, but it was manageable for us since we were on the second floor.
