Explained the check in pretty easy n quick, The staff won't bother you while u stay, if u really need something, ask, one person manages the property and is sufficient. Very clean rooms, fans in all rooms, air con in living room, dining table, couch etc has a comman shared pool and spa for use outside, location beautiful views and quiet.lovely birds around and lovely neighbours. The location is 10mins walk from the shopping centre, where u can find public transport easily. You will need to bring your milk, and other breakfast stuff if u need. Instant coffee,tea n sugar is available in the kitchen. Has washing machine and dryer very useful. You can come n go anytime day or night. We had our flight at 5.30pm and had to check out early by 10am.. requested Steve to keep out luggage while we visit a nearby kangaroo conservation park and he was more than happy to help us with that.

The location is great being 15-20mins to theme parks. Secure underground parking. Spaciousness of the apartment. Two bathrooms which is perfect for families. Clean and tidy. All available amenities to live like home. Awesome water pressure. Great character of manager who explained all details of access and rental including what is expected. Close to local cafes and shopping centre.

No air conditioning in main bedroom. A bit stuffy on humid days. Didn’t really want to leave the air conditioner on in the lounge room all night. Ceiling fan helped though.

Alex was very helpful and made late check in as easy and accessible as possible.

We had a long stay and had a clean booked in for 04/07. All they did was make the main bed, no freshen up of the kids beds, no vacuuming or mopping done. We had to go buy our own garbage bags and toilet paper as we only had the 1 roll in each toilet and 1 bag in the bin for a 10 day stay with 5 ppl.

Location is great amenities for the most part are great

Apartment was clean but dated and could do with some repairs and maintenance Washing machine wasn’t working but they did get it fixed for us dryer was not working with heat so that probably needs repairing or replacing some of the light switches were concerning as not switching on or off correctly

The pool and spa was loved by the whole family, satellite TV, 2 bathroom aswell as spacious living area and bedrooms, privacy and secure parking, close to mall and beach. Ticked all the boxes at an affordable price

Not enough bin liners, toilet paper, shampoo etc for a family for a week. Mattress on the rollaway bed was uncomfortable so slept on the couch

We loved our view of the complex and the river from our balcony. Was pleasantly surprised that the river was next to the pool and the fact that we had a great view of river boats and beautiful tall buildings. The pool and spa were very enjoyable, and we loved that they were open for use until 10pm as the course we were attending during our stay let us out late and we could still have a swim. We really appreciated the pool and spa being open late.

The staff was super nice and eager to help. He was responsive on text and when we requested that we would like to check in early, he managed to prepare the room for us. The apartment itself had its own bus stop but there's also another stop at the shopping center nearby (5 min walk). Sad that we visited the place during the worst time possible thus we couldn't experience the best of it. But the neighborhood seemed peaceful and the bridge view was scenic.

The wifi was super slow (maybe due to the storm?) and the apartment could get really cold at night even with 30c aircon on. (this is not about the apartment but the gecko statue by the garden did startle us when we first walked past it at night😅)

I liked that the Manager Stephen and his partner were lovely and the people who live at the complex were friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to Runaway Bay Shopping Mall and the beach was approx 5 minute walk, and whilst we didn't use them it had a BBQ area and pool/spa. I also liked that there was good security/parking in place. It was fairly quiet too.

It did not bother me as I felt it was great value for money but the apartment is a little dated but clean so if you are wanting an absolutely modern apartment that is really close to the main centre of the Gold Coast this would not work for you.

The apartment and grounds were fantastic. Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The pool and spa were very inviting and clean. The location was second to none for the public transport access and the location of the shops. Just a short stroll and you had everything needed accessible to you

We didnt not like anything. However when we first arrived and realised we were in "Retirement Land" as our driver dubbed it, we were a little disheartened. There were no other children around for our family to play with and we were very cautious to be as quiet as we could of an early morning and an evening. As the days went on though we discovered it didn't matter and adored our time in the apartment complex.

All self contained which was great. Washer and dryer in unit. Great location as easily accessible with beach down the road particularly for fishing

Difficult to manage getting in the apartment doors with hands full of stuff. Shower in laundry part Difficult to manage water control as unusual device knob instead of taps. No strainer or potato masher.
