Our room was modern, clean (few marks on couch), clean facilities, beautiful indoor garden, manager is friendly and helpful, kids loved the roof top pool. Great location, beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and kitchen small but functional (needed another set of cutlery). lovely stay, beautiful view and very suitable for families.

Second bedroom was advertised as having two single beds - one was a roll away which was fine for young children - but may not be suitable for older people or those needing a usual bedframe for accessibility. Balconies were quite dirty - had significant weather that may have blown in a lot of debris but they both could use a checkover before guests arrive.

Location with a waterfront view - perfect! Breakfast downstairs at the little cafe was a nice finish to our 3 night stay. This was our third time staying here. We originally stayed mid 90s and it was super but it is a bit run down now. Great place to chill and relax especially in the rooftop spa and pool.

Place needs a thorough clean. Table top was dusty, mould in bathroom sinks. Place is a bit dated and could use a refurbishment. Unit had no power when we arrived. Maintenance came and we did a check on all the appliances, eventually we got power. Approximately 4 hours later the refrigerator tripped the power. Called for help which we got. Refrigerator was replaced but needed a clean.

It was a great quiet location for our family to stay. Really nice view. The roof top pool and spa was absolutely amazing so nice up there. The spa in the room was amazing. The cafe there was amazing such lovely staff and the food and coffee was amazing. The water features all around the ground floor was so nice and the lady at the counter was really nice. The price was pretty good for a 3 night stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room wasn’t the cleanest should be cleaner and we had multiple cockroaches in our room. Definitely needed to be fumigated again. Staff was very helpful when I mentioned it though

Who ever brought up an extra towel was rude and even thought i explained that I wasn't complaining but requesting an extra towel for a baby. She continued to explain that we only get 4 towels ( while holding up 4 fingers in my face!!) And that there are washing and drying machines I should use. Then goes to say but we'll give you this one!! I never complain because I've done 15years in hospitality across a variety of departments including housekeeping so I get it but the arrogance and tone of this lady was enough to at least leave this feed back!!! Everyone else I delt with was amazing and friendly!!

Location was perfect as I booked it for family and I live a couple of blocks away. It was opposite the beach and they had a nice view of the ocean from the side unit. They have 2 pools and spas, one on the roof top with amazing views and a huge BBQ area with tables and chairs, a games room, saunas and apartment was clean and tidy. Great for kids and adults. Walking distance to a small shopping centre has everything you need and about 10 takeaway/eat in shops! Reception staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Nothing really. Could do with a little TLC maybe.

I used to own an apartment in the Atrium in the 1990s and stayed there a number of times and loved the location and the facilities. Having to go to the Gold Coast to visit family, I thought it would be good to stay at the Atrium where I had enjoyed visits in the past. The facilities were still as good as previously except for the Tennis Court where the fence needed repairs.

The Atrium, although still looking an attractive building, has aged over the years and the unit in which we stayed had a number of faults needing attention. We had to call for someone to come to do a repair on the fridge as it was leaking water. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom had 2 speeds - very slow and crazy fast so on a humid night it was difficult to get a decent sleep.

Property was nice. Enjoyed the roof top pool and spa.

Wasn’t very clean. Bedding had to be washed by myself when we arrived as they were dirty. There was a huge toe nail on the floor in lounge room and bottle caps in the lounges. Tried to cook a meal in the oven even after cleaning the tray the unit filled with smoke as there was Grease dripping from the oven. Just really unclean and that is disappointing

The amenities are fantastic! Heated spa on roof as well as pool were our favourites. Our room came with an ensuite with large shower & a seperate bathroom with luxurious jet spa bath!

It rained hard during our stay, the ground floor has a garden & the path through it was constantly wet & slippery. The games room had only one free game & the pool table had balls missing + it only took $1 coins. With no cash exchange machines... None of our foxtel channels were synced accurately. No mention of wifi that was available. No information booklet at all. Had to Google how to take child lock off the microwave.

Location and the roof pool. Helpfulness of the staff. I informed them I'd arrive late and there was a staff member waiting for me with the keys. While on my return journey I received a phone call to check if I'd left some clothes behind. I had! But at that time it was too late to return. I sent a reply paid package to The Atrium and my clothes were returned. The staff were really helpful!

Couple of very minor things like a broken tile not repaired. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine included, even one of the inexpensive capsule types.

Fantastic location and resort, unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay so did not get to utilise all the facilities. The apartment was comfortable with a large balcony facing the water which was great. Close to shops and access to good walking tracks and swimming areas. Great coffee at the in-house café and the undercover parking were appreciated. A pleasant place to stay. Thanks
