Breakfast place was fast and delicious. Location was fantastic

Who ever brought up an extra towel was rude and even thought i explained that I wasn't complaining but requesting an extra towel for a baby. She continued to explain that we only get 4 towels ( while holding up 4 fingers in my face!!) And that there are washing and drying machines I should use. Then goes to say but we'll give you this one!! I never complain because I've done 15years in hospitality across a variety of departments including housekeeping so I get it but the arrogance and tone of this lady was enough to at least leave this feed back!!! Everyone else I delt with was amazing and friendly!!

The amenities are fantastic! Heated spa on roof as well as pool were our favourites. Our room came with an ensuite with large shower & a seperate bathroom with luxurious jet spa bath!

It rained hard during our stay, the ground floor has a garden & the path through it was constantly wet & slippery. The games room had only one free game & the pool table had balls missing + it only took $1 coins. With no cash exchange machines... None of our foxtel channels were synced accurately. No mention of wifi that was available. No information booklet at all. Had to Google how to take child lock off the microwave.

Location and the roof pool. Helpfulness of the staff. I informed them I'd arrive late and there was a staff member waiting for me with the keys. While on my return journey I received a phone call to check if I'd left some clothes behind. I had! But at that time it was too late to return. I sent a reply paid package to The Atrium and my clothes were returned. The staff were really helpful!

Couple of very minor things like a broken tile not repaired. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine included, even one of the inexpensive capsule types.

Rooftop pool with a view, secure parking garage, full yet small kitchen, large unit, and balcony. Right on the beach. Lots of room with huge dining area and a whole room that is pretty empty except for a couch, could be extra sleeping space if needed. Utility room is second bathroom as well will laundry and an oddly placed spa tub. There is a restaurant with breakfast and lunch on site. I found the small metro market shopping mall a great resource with a nice grocery store and lots of take away and full service restaurants. It's very neighborhood oriented.

Every unit is individually owned so there will be variation as to condition. There are a few rough edges but nothing that was a big deal. The TV was ancient, yes a flat screen but first Gen for sure, but it worked fine.

We could make as much noise as we wanted and there were no complaints

When I booked the room months ago via booking.com from the pictures I viewed it looked like we were going to be in one of the top level apartments as we had a room with a spa, but instead we got the bottom floor. I spoke to the receptionist a week in advanced when i was told about the level we were staying on and requested to be move to the top floor but was told to cater for everyone staying it had been arranged via booking numbers. It would have been better for it to be on a first in gets the better room basis. Apartment was smaller then what we expected but we still enjoyed ourselves

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Atrium Resort; I am unable to fault it. The facilities were great: tennis court, table tennis table, snooker table and various other games/activities. The rooftop area with its pool, spa and bbq area, was almost completely surrounded by glass, providing 270 degree views over water, hinterland and city. Fabulous! I am a self-confessed coffee snob and I must say that the coffee at the coffee shop was top quality! 😊

Lovely large light apartment (albeit small kitchen) - comfortable lounge & dining room - comfortable beds - great en suite shower - lovely views from deck of tropical garden - great central location - tranquil area and across the road from kid friendly beach - lovely atrium internal water gardens & both lower & roof deck pools are wonderful! What a view when the sun sets! The cafe downstairs does great coffee with a view of the sea too!

No flannels - cheap toilet paper - no soap so purchased - needs some touch ups ie paint on doors where knocked but the fact obviously built back in 80’s not surprising - no coffee plunger - no sharp knife or for parring fruit

It had a lovely outlook and it was reasonably priced. Was away from the hassle and bustle of Surfers etc. but the road outside was very busy and therefore had traffic noise.

Ensuite had mould, carpets were stained, door to the car park would not open on the day we were leaving and the person on duty did not seem that interested in resolving the problem. It was difficult to get into the building as we arrived Sunday afternoon and had to wait a considerable time before being answered on the phone to access the keys.

Great location across the road from the beach. For the price it had everything we needed and secure parking.

Like other reviews, while I can see they had cleaned the room it was dirty in places like the corners of rooms and skirting boards. The kitchen had most things but there were no oven gloves or anything in order to pull the hot tray out of oven however neither of these things would put us off staying again.

Rooms have great facilities although a little small they were exactly what we were after. Location was great and the cafe down stairs was amazing great food and amazing coffee. Staff were so nice and made sure we got what we were after

There wasn't much not to like. But if I had to be picky Car spaces in the basement were a little tricky to get in and out of and the kitchen was a little small.
