Great communication from reception. Everything was accessible, good location, beds were so comfortable, very quiet place, facilities, tennis courts, great steak house across the road, 7 eleven was a short walk across the road, showers and bath were good and hot, view was amazing and a short walk to Broadwater, undercover lockup parking. Will be booking to go back in the future.

The reason why I didn’t give top marks for cleanliness is because these are self contained apartments that are serviced. You clean your own dishes after use and the people that stayed before us didn’t clean their plates properly, we had to pre clean plates and bowls before we used them.

The views from the apartment were beautiful. My review is a little mixed. We were initially in a three bedroom apartment but it had not been properly maintained by the owner and there were a number of things that did not meet our expectations. On the upside when I approached management Joanne at reception was incredibly helpful and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite and this really made our holiday a good one.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the Gold Coast.

We loved our stay at Broadwater Shores, everything was exceptional specially the owners . They are pretty much a phone call or a message away. We stayed there for almost 10 days and felt like our own home , my kids were very comfortable at the apartment and they enjoyed every bit of our stay. Specially the location and view all day around . Thanks heaps To Joanne and Tony , looking forward for our next stay soon!!

The property was absolutely beautiful! The view, the space & having utensils and pots and pans to cook made it easy as well. Felt very much like an Airbnb!

Some of the stuff I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the place, the dust on handles, the couches had rubbish in them, the water pressure for the showers were very low, the vacuum was full of dust. But honestly I did enjoy my stay, these things felt minor but it would’ve made a huge difference if these were taken care of prior to my stay.

Beautiful feeling of home as soon as we opened the door. It felt so homely and comfortable we were really impressed

The slide doors are very dated and could do with a new set of doors. When it is windy the door rattle loudly and because of its age there are little gaps that the wind peaks through and whistles very loudly.

Very clean. Comfortable. Great location. Good security. Grounds and common space and pool all beautifully maintained. On site managers Tony and Joanne were professional friendly polite and very helpful.

Unfortunately we stayed while Gold Coast was experiencing very strong winds. The ensuite bathroom window needs a new seal as wind whistled through the edges and something kept banging against the outside wall. But these issues are minor and don’t detract from a great apartment

Amazing views. Relaxing stay. Good to see a different part of the Gold Coast the more you move North. Everything that you need at an affordable price. Cafes across the road. Supermarkets and shopping centre 15min walk away, seven eleven across the road. Easy uber elsewhere. Busy marina, nice to watch boats and other activity on the water.

Can't really fault it but I did arrive at a very windy time and that was intense for a couple of days on the balcony!

Loved the view. Big plus. Would stay again just for the view. Nice furniture in lounge. comfortable. Very well kitted out. Good kitchen. WiFi a plus. Aircon a plus.

The decor of this unit is a bit stuck in the 80’s. It could be so easily made better. Get rid of the horrible fake flowers. Update the pictures. The single beds are a bit too narrow to be comfortable.

Great accommodation with so much room for a whole family. We were in the 3 bed penthouse and was a fantastic room. 3 bathrooms was awesome too as meant each room could essentially have their own ensuite. Air conditioners in all rooms was excellent. Lots of room to move and spread out and fabulous views. Everything we needed for our stay and a lovely quiet location within walking distance to cafes and parklands etc.

The floor needs a bit more mopping, but otherwise the place was great and nothing negative.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, spectacular view! Joanne and staff were very accommodating and helped us throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time.

Blinds in the bedroom are a bit old and was very bright in the morning, however, I'm not an earlybird so that not be an issue for most 😊
