The owner was polite friendly and accommodating. The flat was modern,spacious well equipped and very comfortable with 2 couches. Enjoyed the kitchen facilities was some olive oil and salt and pepper and small milk which was thoughtful and convenient. I made myself at home. The location was great close to a tram stop. Very close to the beach. Great location to either Broadbeach or Surfers paradise. Excellent value for friend or family. So great to have 2 bathrooms and be able to launder clothes if you wished to. It was home away from home but with tge sound of the sea. I wanted to move in

Fantastic location in the beautiful suburb of Broadbeach. One street over from the beach, walking distance to Oasis shopping Centre and Pacific Fair. Corner shop just across the road. Short drive (could also walk to Surfer's Paradise). Older style building but great value. Underground carpark and Swimming pool. Miriam the Manager was lovely.

Noisy. The apartment next door was doing renovations (I think it this was a privately owned apartment). Work starting from 7am which when you are on holidays you would like to not get woken up first thing in the morning. Some random bird chirping all night long and the plumbing is noisy. Can hear every toilet and shower in the building running.

Location was excellent, could walk to beach, bowls club and tram station all with in 5 minutes. The manager on-site was very welcoming and went above and beyond to extend my stay. Excellent value for what you get especially 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms. And the gardens were beautiful and nice to wake up with a coffee on the balcony.

I can't add anything in this section as I couldn't have been happier with facilities, just a shame the rain came on my last 2 days

Had everything needed for us to feel relaxed and self sufficient. Excellent kitchen and kitchen dishes, utensils… two showers and bathrooms with laundry facilities. Excellent layout and tidy. Great to have a nice kitchen table to eat and sit at as a family. Comfortable and close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

It was fine, nothing.

It was clean, and cosy. It had everything that we needed. It was very handy location wise, to the rugby club, we needed to travel to and from for four days. (6mins). Mermaid shops were 12 mins away. Easy accessible woolies, Coles and Bunnings as well as many other stores and shops. The hosts were lovely and very kind too.

Nothing about it, that we didn't like. Only slight thing, was that you had to pay for the pool table, which only dropped out 4 balls, once the kids paid for a game.

This place was fantastic we stayed 12 nights, and it was like living at home very spacious. Having washing machine & dryer & full cooking facilities including large fridge & freezer was so good and handy.

We stayed 12 nights we would thought our rubbish would be collected, & bedding & towels changed.

Lovely place for a week’s trip. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment which was really large. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, with laundry facilities too. Kids loved the pool area and the bbq area. Close to the tram for transport and the general Broadbeach area for shopping. Staff were lovely and very informative.

The way Miryung fixed anything that we brought to her attention ASAP , she had the unit in perfect condition when we arrived and was always on duty to help with any problems

A bit hot in the bathroom with not much fresh air coming in except for the top of the window

Great location between bus and tram stops. Small complex meant it wasn’t hustle and bustle and the pool wasn’t crowded. While the decor and finishes are a bit worn/tied the property was very clean and well organised.

No hand towel or face washer provided.

I had no expectations, and was pleasantly surprised how lovely my apartment was. Well appointed, clean, comfortable and very quiet. The lady who checked me in/out was great, even taking the trouble to message me about a parking issue. It’s not Gold Coast glitz, but for my purposes I loved the place and will be back.
