extremely clean, great location, parking, pool

the wifi was terrible. kept dropping out after 5 mins. the bed was way too soft.

The property had great facilities and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and the view from our balcony. Had air con in the lounge as well as both bedrooms.

Pool tiles need a refresh as a lot are missing. When we arrived after-hours, our key was not with the welcome pack so we had to call and wait for someone to drop it off but they were quick and didn’t leave us waiting too long. Only provided with one bin liner so had to use shopping bags. Dryer was leaking water when in use so had to stop using it and report to reception.

it’s location, the pool area and the coffee by the pool. Also the view was amazing and it was comfortable and clean ☺️

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like only that it had a lot more age on it then the photos on the internet show. In saying that, it was comfortable, clean, close to Broadbeach and had a beautiful sea side on one side, mountains on the other view.

There was only 1 towel each for 2 people for 5 nights, would have liked to have 2 each or 1 plus a pool towel, a bit stingy on the tea and coffee sachets for 2 people for 5 nights also

Is a location to get to Surfers shop area North or Broadbeach shop area South if a good average walker, or use tram. May be a distance for first/large supermarket shop but try delivery. Good parking in basement. Good balcony, standard room had a double balcony area, on level 5.

Generally no complaints. Standard shower fitting is with high pressure and going to be noisy-ish and not exactly a water saving measure, also felt fragile for ready height adjustment. Could label ceiling fan power switches as retro fitted to former light fitting.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Tram nearby. The hotel is in perfect condition. Upon entering the bouquets of flowers, cool and pleasant fragrance from morning to night. I want to note the cleanliness in the garbage collection section Two pools and spa... Very cozy apartments.

Lovely totally remodelled apartment.. we always enjoy our stays here. It’s very safe , quiet and secure. Excellent position between Surfers and Broadbeach. The beautiful outdoor pool area and secure underground parking are a bonus.

The pools were warmer when we’ve stayed previously, but this could be due to the cooler weather.

The location is great and within walking distance of everything in Broadbeach

The apartment was a bit dated and needs to be modernised. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the covers were stained. The only air conditioning was in the bedroom and didn't cool the apartment completely.

This is an outstanding place to stay at the Gold Coast. The Moroccan theme is tastefully integrated into all aspects of the apartments. The fittings and furnishings are exemplary. We were fortunate to obtain a significant reduction at an off-peak time, otherwise it's merely a question of whether one can afford it. If so, it would be difficult to beat.

You have permanent residences also living there and it felt like we had to be quiet or not disturb the residents. I'm very conscious of other people and I'm sure those people had jobs to get up to. So I made sure the kids were quiet.
