Really great location, very easy walk to the beach, restaurants etc. lovely pool and spa in the hotel and the room we had was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony too.
there is room for better info given whether that been in a booklet or something in the room or at check in, for instance are there laundry facilities, costs of these etc. we also found 20$ a night for parking in the hotel was a bit steep considering we were staying 4 nights and had to pay an additional 80$ jus to park our car so thought there was maybe room for discounting if you are staying multiple nights. in saying that the car park was nice and big and very secure Shame there aren’t any dining options within the hotel.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff. They were friendly, professional and just made you feel welcome. The room itself was a little outdated but massive. I have never stayed in such a spacious room. The view was beautiful. We had a spa bath in our room which was so soothing and needed after a long drive. The bed was AMAZING, we felt weightless in it. If I could have taken it home, I would have! On-site parking was super accessible and the location of the hotel was perfect, a tram stop not far and a convenience store/petrol station across the road. Will definitely stay here again.
Not much to be honest.

The hotel is about a 15 min walk to surfers paradise beach and the same to broadbeach. But the location was quiet and away from any busy restaurants. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for more. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom was huge. Great pressure in the shower too. The room itself was enormous and the balcony was brilliant. We paid $20 for parking overnight and you could definitely find cheaper elsewhere but this was peace of mind as it is in an underground locked parking garage. We also had regular rainbow lorikeet visitors to our balcony which was really nice. There was a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars but there is a Shell garage opposite for any immediate purchases with a tiny Coles inside. We got coffee and pastries from there rather than having breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed them looking out from the balcony. The super king sized bed was incredibly comfy. Wish we could go back
Nothing for us but I could see how some people might not like being super close to nightlife/bars/restaurants.

The dual entry connecting rooms were very ideal for our group. The rooms were clean when provided. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Beds and pillows were too soft such that we had neck and back aches sleeping in them. Mattresses should be more firm. Even on days when we had put make up room, the kitchen and bathroom areas was not vaccumed/mopped. This left food scraps and sand from beach visits to remain throughout our stay. It was unclean and inconvenient due to this. Couple of key kitchen tools like a flat spatula or mitt gloves were missing. Will be handy to have these.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly happy staff who were all very approachable with any questions or requests we had. We were forced to change our travel plans after our flights were cancelled with short notice and no explanation, however the staff were very compassionate about our predicament and even offered us a later check out so that we could sort out alternative options to get home. Could not recommend highly enough, we will be staying again next time we are in town.
Honestly the only thing and it is not even that big of a deal, there was no complimentary water in the rooms and we had to buy some from the vending machine in the lobby.

Well from the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by the staff at reception like I have never had in such a long they were fantastic and very efficient and professional and I've done a lot of traveling all over the world and all over Australia and I can give everybody a tip your staff are the number 1 priority and then the customers, hence the phrase your company is only as good as it's employees allow it to be. Example when I'm being attended to at the reception which is the first port of call for the customer and as a customer myself it's the most crucial time for the company for example the Oaks gold coast when your staff members are so genuinely friendly and welcoming to the customers at all times people will flock because it's the customer service we all go for and all the little things that might bother some people honestly get overlooked because they have the best customer service nobody really cares about anything else but enjoying their time wherever in the world it may be So thanks to the staff at Oaks gold coast for making our stay absolutely fantastic and keep up the good work

Old hotel but very nice and even luxuious, sometime. I realy liked the bathroom with green marble. I didnt had time to ise the tub but it was very inviting The room was clean and comfortable. The view on the ocean is ok but we don see much ocean and it dont worth the price difference. The view on the other side (west) on the land os way better The personal was very nice and attentioned
Very bad internet. Could not log in with my guest and room account, so they gave me a public guest logg in....but it was lagging and stopping all the time. Impossible to work and very frustrating to use. No breakfast included in the room s price. Fisrt time I see that in a hotel and I worked 6 years in few of them. The personal was exeptional and had to go to the sister s hotel next to the Oaks. There too, personal was fine except on called Sofie and bossing people arround and rud with guests. She shlould change job because she destroy s lot of the work done by other employees

Love the in room spa. This is my 4th stay at this particular Oaks Hotel, and I choose it every time for the fact that the rooms have the in room spas! The rooms are also always clean, and all have great views. The tram station at the front door is also a great convenience.
The air vents for the air conditioning, particularly in the bathroom, could have a vacuum once in a while. Were quite dusty. And one weird issue was the toilet flush button was the wrong way around! The full flush was only giving a half flush when pressed and vice versa!

The location is awesome - close to the Gold Coast busier areas down the beach and major restaurant areas. Received a room upgrade based on availability and the room was awesome. An amazing view of the ocean from a top floor. The bathroom was super well-equipped with a large bath. For the price, would totally stay again.
Parking could have been free? It's in their own building and it seems like its all theirs. They also seem to try and nickel and dime you on other things, even though I didn't take them up on those offers

The room was such a pleasant surprise as it was large, well appointed and comfortably furnished. We had a beautiful view of the foreshore and ocean from the comfortable balcony . The bathroom was roomy and attractive with a corner spa bath, separate shower and generous handbasin and bench. Parking was convenient and the hotel is conveniently located. Our room was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Our three night stay was really relaxing.. Staff we friendly and helpful.
When we wanted a light evening meal we were directed to two local venues but would really have appreciated a mud map to find the venues more easily at night as we are older and not keen on walking in unfamiliar areas at night. Otherwise we loved our stay.
