Iv stayed here before always a great spot walking distance for surfers places

The cups some plates forks were not clean the dish washer wasnt working keep beeping needed rise aid refulled. The hoilday hoilday lady we had to talk to was rude needs to learn people skills. The lock box place to pick up when arriving is annoying to far to locate it took me 30mins to run around to find it needs to be closer to the hotel. But that didnt stop us from enjoying our beautiful hoilday as its a perfect spot walking distance best veiws surfers. Nga Mihi

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! - The apartment was large and beautifully decorated. Comfortable lounge suites and a outdoor table that accommodated the five of us easily. The views and location - insane.. The "fold out" extra bed was a full size single mattress which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can only speak for our apartment, which was on the 25th floor, but we were thrilled.

This is no ones fault at all, but just to let other travelers know... finding your assigned car park can be tricky, just stay calm, be patient and you will be an expert in no time! - it was great to have a designated spot.

Staff were amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment we stayed in was fresh, clean, modern and well thought out. Incredible views, great kitchen facilities (not that we really used it) and a nice big space to accommodate various family, couples or a group. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, brilliant arcade/games room complete with a pool table means there is something for everyone. We will definitely be back and recommend to all *****

View was amazing! Beds were comfortable. Location was so good being in the heart of surfers.

The booking listed we had use of the jacuzzi, but we did not. We stayed on level 51 in the 3 bdr apartment and the woman above us was waking us up talking so loud on her balcony super early EVERY morning!! Arcade room was a bit dodgy with some games taking our money but not working. Parking confused us because the pillar was YELLOW, not orange like it stated, so it took us a while to realise thats where we needed to go.

- Great location, in the heart of surfer’s paradise, WWS downstairs and Coles on the corner, steps to Strike, Holey Moley, infinity etc - Excellent facility in the building, great outside and inside pool, family game room, gym

- parking was confusion, took a few times to find the resident parking - hotel apartment managed by third party agency, so the office is in another building and office hours only for check in - it could be better to provide more amenities like toilet rolls and dishwashing detergent, only 3 rolls were provided for a family of 4 for 4 nights :(

Location was perfect! Kindly given an early check in. Clean & spacious. Fast elevators. Full kitchen with utensils, Laundry room. Bathrooms modern, clean & decent sized. Good sized balcony including outdoor furniture with ocean views. Open lounge/dining area. Pools gym sauna accessible. Walking distance to surfers beach, shops, dining precinct, bars + tour guides. A lot of shops stay open late. Highly recommend!

You have to collect your key from Vendors office which is next door. The parking instructions given at check in were not clear and took us 45 mins + calling an number for better directions. In the mornings the rooms heat up very quickly so be sure to have your air con on or pull blinds down to keep the rooms cool. From the afternoon onwards its cooler. Outdoor pool is currently unavailable but south tower pool is accessible. Late check out not approved.

We paid so much for the property, the least they could do was provide toilet paper shampoo conditioner. I have stayed in so many apartments but this was the only one who didn't provide anything. with money being paid that's the least they could do. Other places we even go wine or a welcome note but this had nothing

The private apartment was great! Location and views were amazing. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools, gym and games room and the bonus of netfix. Staff at check in were great! Will be coming back again Thankyou !

Only thing was our allocated parking space was taken by someone else for a couple of days when we arrived But there was somewhere else to park in the mean time until it got sorted.

We had a wonderful time. Comfortable beds Clean apartment Staff were wonderful Facilities were great Location made getting around with kids easy

Vacuum was not working and kitchen tap leaked water but staff may not be aware and we forgot to let them know.

Location was amazing. Awesome facilities. Awesome view

A little noise with night clubs below on weekends till 3am. Room furniture was a little too damaged. Tv in lounge control not working. Beach towels should be provided
