Hot tub next to the pool!! It was incredible and a great way to meet people. The kitchen was big enough and very convenient. A lot of comfortable common spaces to eat and chill. The room was built in a way that gave great privacy to everyone in the room. There was a light and power in every bed. Very comfortable, and there was also a balcony. The location was amazing, right on the greyhound bus station, 2 minutes from the beach and shops, and right on all the public transport lines. It's super easy to get anywhere.

The kitchen could have been equipped a bit better, sometimes basic things like forks were missing. Price was a bit steep, but I suppose it is a good hostel in a great location. Some more hooks in the room would've been good.

Great location by the beach! The hot tub and pool are awesome social areas and well-maintained, the kitchen is very wide and spacious, super handy lockers for discrete food storage. The common lounge couches are super comfy! Free brekkie is very handy and is available until 10am, which is a much more reasonable hour for vacationing adults than most other hostels offer... The beds are comfy and each room has its own shower/toilet, as well as a small balcony. The staff and cleaners are lovely and so helpful!

The common lounge area closes at 10pm. That's too early, and not very handy when all your roommates are sleeping but you still want to chat or play with new friends...

Common areas. They're very comfortable and spacious. I also liked that the light on the rooms wasn't too strong, specially while some people at the hostel are not that respectful about others stay. The beds have two plugs and a lamp, which comes very handy and comfortable. I'd appreciate if they had curtains for more privacy and specially to avoid unwanted light.

I think the kitchen could be a little cleaner, but that's on the occupants as well. It's also quite loud if you want to rest, not only from the common areas but the surroundings.

Wifi is kind of up and down but good most of the time. Staff is fantastic, helpful, and fun people, the main reason I keep going back. The location is brilliant, everything is within walking distance. I recommend booking the 4-bed dorm if you can, any more than that gets too crowded.

Safes should really be fixed in all the rooms, it is an absolute hit and miss, mostly miss as they don't work. I know I know nobody is stealing but my pillow got stolen from my bed so I'd rather not trust with actual valuables.

The pool and patio area were great and closed at 10pm so not noisy, reception/lounge area still available downstairs after that time. Loads of space for everyone and their stuff in the kitchen, sinks, fridges and cupboards. Lockers in the rooms with USB charging points as well as plugs by the bed. Kept super clean, staff were helpful, if they didn’t know about an event they’d look it up for you.

Staff could’ve been slightly more knowledgeable about local places and events but were so helpful finding out it really didn’t matter.

The hostel has more privacy, bed was comfy. Location of the hostel is vey near to surfer paradise beach. Bathroom was clean. It has swimming pool and hot tub. The common space is really vey spacious. There are two bathroom with shower attached with the common space.

The room was little dark, They can put an extra towel in the bathroom floor area to soak the water comes from shower. All other things was good.

The location is ideal, walking distance to anything you need. The checkin process was also really easy and the setup is nice with a huge kitchen area, lots places to chill and eat as well as a pool and pool table. The rooms were spotless and the design of the bunks was unique and good for privacy. Enjoyed having a balcony too.

There is no parking so you will need to find on streets parking or use on of the car parks nearby.

Beds were nice and comfy, ensuite bathroom nice as well. I liked the common areas. I was only there for work but I think if you’re traveling the location is really good, close to the beach and stores. Overall happy with my stay here.

Finding parking was a bit hard. Not a lot of communal bathrooms so if you need it but your roommate’s in the bathroom you might have a problem. You have to get a dish set for $20 cash deposit so might be good to write that in the pre-stay email so that guests can prepare to have cash on hand.

The rooms give much privacy and space including big lockers for all your stuff. There is a big kitchen with fridges and freezers including a couple of rooms to hang up with your friends. All in all this hostel is clean and comfortable.

The rooms are very dark because of the black coloured beds.

The privacy of the bed Clean I just love the one close to the window Bunk changed my mind about backpackers because I tried once in another company and I didn’t like it but now with bunk I really want to recommend that place. So thanks

I didn’t like that you have just one bathroom for so many people inside the room you should have same like bunk in brisbane toilet and shower separate
