We stayed with our family for a week (2 adults, 2 teens), the superior room was comfortable, the views were spectacular and the location was great. Quiet but close to Cavil Avenue, shops, activities (cruise and jet ski from the moorings of the apartments), bars and restaurants. Lots of birds and wildlife around, especially on the balconies in the mornings. Strong security throughout, heated outdoor pool and hot spa used daily. Reception and maintenance staff were responsive and helpful to resolve a few issues while we were there, they really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay.

After hours check in was not the best experience, getting conflicting advice about parking and only one room key and fob which was needed to move around the building (second key provided when reception opened the next day) Underground parking is tight, bring your A-game for parking if there is a car next to you. The good news is you can leave your car there and walk to many places. It had free wifi, but it wasn't quick and sometimes not usable.

Everything was great. Facilities were great. Location is perfect. We have stayed before and would happily stay again.

Cleaners came through during our stay. We were told linen and towels would be changed, vacuum and mop would be done and to have all surfaces cleared so they could be wiped. We spent time sorting the room and packing away everything that would be in the way. Linen and towels were changed but nothing else. Wasted a bit of our time but not a big issue.

The location is perfect, supermarket and other shops are just accross the street (around 5mins walk or less). Beach is just few mins walk as well. Very accessible. The kids loved the heated pool. Complete laundry facilities which is very convenient specially if you are staying for longer days. Cooking facilities/utensils are complete as well so if you are tired of eating out, you have the option to shop for ingredients and cook your own meal. It was sweet that they have complimentary welcome chocolates when we arrived, they were so yummy. There was no aircon in the 2nd bedroom but it wasn really a big deal.

Spacious and close to everything and reception were very friendly and nice. It was lovely receiving a welcome chocolate basket gift which was very nice. Thank you.

A bit outdated and would benefit with an upgrade in furniture, some kitchen utensils were not in good condition to use and 2nd bedroom only had a fan and was very hot in there for the kids. There was no air-conditioning in the hallways lifts and was very uncomfortable. The taps in bathrooms were very hard to open and close as were old and had to use a lot of effort to shut them so they would not drip in bathtub and showers.

The location was absolutely perfect. Stunning views of the Neerang river. Right on Cavill avenue but far away enough from the noise

We did feel that the toilet and shower was not up to standard as far as cleaning goes. So we went and bought some cleaning products and gave it a once over. We washed the blankets and put a cover over the sofa just to appease my OCD but all in all it was great

Good central location, easy access to beach, shops. Also the central location provided handy access to events and activities nearby. We had made good use of the heated spa and sauna. We also had excellent views of the canal from our 10th floor balcony.

Noise: loud traffic noise and some noise coming from the adjacent park between Moorings and the Surfers Pavilion. Fortunately noise generally subsided around midnight and it is no different to other places we stayed in Gold Coast.

I loved the apartment and the location except for the tight carpark and the noise level from the traffic. The reception received from your Manager (I understand she was the Manager) when we arrived wasn't very welcoming. It appeared we interrupted her on a personal call. We arrived early and she told me the room wasn't ready and in a rude tone told me I couldn't park outside the front door. All she had to do was explain. We were only there to enquire about checking in. As it was, we had only left the accomm. a short time then received a msge to say the apartment was ready.

There was a lot of dust in the apartment; in the cane drawers, the wardrobes (my husbands suitcase was inside the wardrobe longways and when he got it out to pack the bottom was covered in dust. There were crumbs in the grooves of the couch and rubbish and dust behind it as well.

Clean apartment. Bathroom and ensuite modern. All appliances worked very well. Pool area with sauna was nice. Garden area was beautiful. I love tropical plants. Nice views.

Air vents in ensuite and bathroom were dusty which wasn't good for my daughter's asthma. The 2 globes in the lamp in main bedroom wasn't working. I mentioned at reception but they never got replaced. Backing material inside curtains at the top were falling apart so lots of small white material pieces dropping down on the floor as you open and close the curtains. Hooks to hold the curtain on tracks were breaking so I had to replace several. Windows were dirty on outside so a bit hard to see outside unless you went on the balcony. Some cushion covers were dirty. They need a wash.

Loved the location. The apartment was lovely and big. Everything we needed was supplied. We were on the first floor and our balcony had a lovely view of the pool and river.

It was clean, but the skirting boards and window frames needed a good dusting. I went over them with wet paper towels. The only issue was with the noise on the Friday night. We had a walkway right next to our unit down to the river and the noise from people out late at night kept us awake especially on the Friday night Saturday night wasn't too bad and Sunday night was fine. Maybe sound proof windows would be good.

Great location so close to the centre and the tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also felt very secure as you couldn't go anywhere but your floor with your fob. Lovely place would recommend. Great value for money. Apartment was a lot bigger than we were expecting with really good sized rooms

Only problem was the noise on a weekend due to the street and boy racers going up and down isn't a big deal if you aren't a light sleeper and it's the price you pay to be so close to everything.
