All good. Access to Surfers shopping, restaurants and beach 100%. The room quite spacious and comfortable. The views up and down the Nerang River and back to the mountains and great sunsets are tops. Trams to Broadbeach or North to Southport are 3 or 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent.

Nothing to dislike. just a couple of minor comments. Maybe a bread knife and board would be handy. Your desk supplied us with a bread knife within 5 minutes or less of us enquiring for one. We are agile eighty-one year olds but my wife did find the entry to the shower a bit daunting. But the upside of this is that for safety reasons I was able to convince her that we should shower together. Certainly a bonus for myself.

The location and view from the apartment are fantastic! All the amenities in the apartment and hotel in general are great! We wished we could have stayed longer.

I read lots of negative reviews & wondered what the apartment was going to be like. I was pleasantly surprised I booked two apartments one for ourselves & grandchildren & one for my daughter & her children. Location & view over the river was very good. The swimming pool with the slide was a big hit with the grandchildren. One negative the pool was not heated. (advertised as heated). The apartments have been upgraded with new bathroom & vanities. The furniture was fine & what people must realise is the complex is old and it will take time to upgrade and the price was really good considering it was school holidays. Staff friendly & helpful.

Wasn't happy that I had to pay $15 to park under the building.

Perfect central location. Easy to walk around surfers and amazing views of the river. The kitchen had a little coffee machine and pods free to use along with yea and coffee. Loved the adult rooftop sunning area.

It was an old apartment that had been updated. Small.but important things are missing. Cutlery container missing from dishwasher. No wine glasses. Small tvs, like I said, small things that add to a stay. Sun lounger cushions by the pool all wet and not tided from one day to the next. Roof spa top dirty

Location was perfect. Walking distance to absolutely everything we needed for our family. Good value for money. Cheap parking. Room was huge and was clean. Check-in process was simple.

It is an old hotel so it's definitely due for a full refurbishment. The room was very clean but had an old, musty smell and you couldn't open the windows wider than about 10cm to be able to let fresh air in. There was only 1 airconditioner, which was in the living area so didn't cool down the bedroom very well. The room we stayed in was right on the road so there was quite a bit of road noise through the night. The rooms at the back overlooking the canal probably wouldn't have the noise.

People say it’s outdated but we loved that it was an older style, gave great memories of holidaying in the 90s with the parents timeshare. Location is perfect… walk straight across the road to Cavill Ave, ferry virtually downstairs, just loved it. Staff so friendly

the parking fees… do not understand why they charge for parking when it’s under the building and isn’t any extra cost to them. Never had to pay extra for parking at other accommodation on the Gold Coast. The street noise is quite loud but didn’t keep us awake

Awesome stay, the receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating. First impressions are the most and she set the scene for a wonderful stay. I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews from other before we got there, but I think the negative reviewers must have stayed at a different hotel or on another planet. Excellent value for money.

Outside was a bit run down, but unless your sleeping on the streets you don't see the outside of the hotel while staying in the hotel.

The location of the accomadation.was close to transport, supermarkets & restaurants.It was great that you could prepare & cook meals if you wished.

2 lights & 1 lamp didn't work in the apartment. The front door didn't lock from the inside, so we had to put the chain.on when we were in apartment.. A few of the bowls & plates hadn't been washed correctly & put back in the cupboards.

Very convenient location. Only a few minutes walk to bus, tram, surfers paradise beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Kitchen items and fridge wasn’t clean and a few cockroaches were crawling out of cabinets which grossed me out. But apart from that the rest of apartment was clean.
