Excellent location, walking distance to Pacific fair, massive range of restaurants suits all types of budgets and international cuisines. 10 mins walk to Broadbeach south transport Central with options of buses and trams, this is also the last stop of airport bus 777 which makes your airport journey very cheap! Staff are super friendly and very responsive with messages and requests. Our one bedroom oceanview has top notch views!

One thing is every other day 7 -7:30 am rubbish truck making a lot of noises downstairs (we stayed on 21st floor). We stayed in Oceanview studio before and didn't seem to experience the same noise level.

I loved how spacious and equipped the suite was and how comfy the bed was. I loved having a bath tub and a decent size shower. I loved that there was an indoor pool, and outdoor pool and a spa and a gym. The staff were lovely and check in was easy.

The water pressure was very very slow in our room. The indoor heated pool was not very heated and we were cold :( and the indoor spa wasn’t working which was sad. It would have been lovely to be able to order room service if it was offered. It also took us a while to figure out the stay cast on the tv as the print out we received told us the wrong HDMI to go to. The car park was a little confusing but got used to it haha.

We had an ocean view 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent. The property is located in the heart of Broadbeach with excellent restaurants located a few steps away and an easy walk to Pacific Fair and Oasis for shopping.

From when I last stayed there (2018) the housekeeping standards have slipped a little. The inside of my bathroom door needed a wipe down (covered in hair and other stains) and the shower floor had hair left in it by a previous guest. Some extra thoroughness by housekeeping would change my rating up to a 9-10. In the late afternoon the pool is shaded by the building. However the beach is a short walk from the hotel so is a nice option for sun lovers.

Well set out and comfortable suite that felt right the moment we entered it. Good view of the ocean with a couple of interuptions (other buildings). Very comfortable king sized bed. Had everything we required and in a great location close to the beach and two excellent shopping precincts. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Convenient public transport for the Gold Coast Airport and also for travel to other places of interest on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Lots of building constructions close by at the moment which created some noise. Couple of minor maintainance issues in the on-suite which could have been easily corrected.

Everything was amazing we absolutely loved our stay we will definitely come again Our ocean view apartment was so nice and had everything we could possibly need, it was perfectly clean and well organised, plenty of towels and the coffee machine was lovely, all appliances working perfectly, both indoor and outdoor pool temperature were just right and perfectly heated, the spas were amazing, outdoor spaces are well maintained, nice gym facilities, centre location just across the road from Broadbeach, seven eleven conveniently located downstairs, coffee shop and hair salon also very very convenient. We loved the safety features on all windows in our apartment it was safe for our child. We were able to easily connect all TVs to our Netflix and Disney accounts. The staff were so friendly and professional. Absolutely beautiful place to stay highly recommended

Everything was perfect

Meriton Suites Broadbeach was very well located for all activities in Broadbeach. It was a very short distance to the beach, no more than 10 minutes walk to the Pacific Fair shopping centre, close to good cafes & restaurants and opposite the casino and convention centre. Buses and trams were available within a short walking distance. The one bed apartment was clean and comfortably furnished with a sea-view, plenty of storage, seating area, dining area and well stocked kitchen. The bathroom was spacious. The internet and tv worked well. There was a private grassed area at the back of the hotel with a swimming pool and hot tub. The road to the beach could be accessed through this area by a secure gate. The staff on reception were always very friendly and helpful. They were able to store our luggage for a few hours after we had checked out until our taxi arrived. This was a great, affordable place to stay in Broadbeach and I would look for other Meriton properties to stay in for future holidays.

The apartment was a great size, and good location. Also, the property was very tidy and they allow you to borrow hair straighteners along with many other things like umbrellas.

The main thing I could fault were the lifts. Every time we were waiting a while for lifts and you could see people holding the lifts and when we got in it was either empty or a cleaning staff member. There should really be a service elevator for the cleaning staff for this reason.

One of the best beds I've ever slept in. The location was so handy to pubs, bars, restaurants and so close to the beach. There was no real view to speak of as we had a ground-floor suite but being able to exit the hotel from the back of our patio was a bonus. The room was more than big enough and the modern kitchen added to the luxurious feel for our stay. The TV was impressive with its size and I noticed that the check-in process was both easy and quick. I'm already planning a return to your great Hotel.

If I had to be picky, I'd say the ironing board was a tad smaller than I'd expect to use. Much smaller than my one. Had a little bit of trouble locating the control buttons for the dishwasher but apart from that the stay was excellent.

Location - space - layout - definitely the view

Top shelf in wardrobe is very dusty and windows have lots of marks presumably a result of young children putting sticky hands on the window panes. The drawer liners keep moving all the time as they are not fitted properly. The curtains in the master bedroom do not block out light in total as they do not cover the window - LHS cannot be pulled to wall and the width of the hung curtain is very minimal for the width of the window. Referring to room 2608 which we liked on account of the corner position and great views.

Location is wonderful, a block away from the beach and right in the heart of Broadbeach for the evening action in all the bars and restaurants. Can’t fault this place, the room was great, decent ocean view, staff were spot on, Richie on reception deserves a mention he was fab. The Wi-Fi was decent although one night we were streaming the football in our room and the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough to do this, so my husband rang reception and to our surprise the receptionist contacted their broadband engineer and he tweaked the Wi-Fi signal to our room and it worked great.. all this on Easter Sunday evening, if that was in England you’d have to wait until Tuesday 😂 Toiletries are provided and beds are really comfy too. We were going to stay at the Meriton at Surfers Paradise but I’m so glad I opted for Broadbeach in my opinion it’s a better area and they’re only minutes apart by car but I much preferred the Broadbeach area (it’s newer/modern) and the evening scene etc is fab …. Checkout the bar with the singing chef and also the massive casino right next door to the hotel that was a great night out. Burleigh Head is only a 20 min drive defo worth a visit to this stunning beach and its views of the Gold Coast and for a bite too eat.
